I was so not happy with the twist at the end. I was really invested in the father/daughter relationship. That being said, his reaction to the wife's death was gut wrenching. He nailed it. It was one of those movie moments that I will always remember.
They could’ve easily turned this into a strong female movie with Isabela after the subway 🚇 scene. But they needed Momoa to sell it.
This movie BLEW UP my mind!!!! I didn't want it to end in the way that it did. It BROKE MY HEART😭😭😭😭😭😭 In spite of this, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS MOVIE 🤩🤩🤩🤩 I was taken thru an emotional roller coaster, on the edge of my seat through it all; SCREAMING OUT LOUD at this movie; CRYING MY EYES OUT, and just purely invested in this family. LOVED Isabel, what a KICK-ASS dynamo. I LOVE ALL THINGS JASON🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 He's developing his crafts BEAUTIFULLY 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I loved Sweet Girl. It was layered and had surprises and was action packed. Not a dull moment. You all did awesome. You the man.

I agree with you Holly. I was not happy with the ending. I loved the father/daughter relationship, its what made the whole movie.

I must say I saw some of this Film , and it was from my perspective lovely to see a Father's love for a daughter. I'm not sure if I finished watching only because I was busy...hmmmm
But, maybe it touched a raw nerve. Yup, it did. So maybe it raised a Daughter a Daddy issue.😊
But this is why films are made, stories to be told.

This was a great movie. I gained much more respect for Momoa!! Isabela is a force to be recon with. Loved the plot twist at the end.

Yesterday I started watching this movie Sweet girl, I find this movie title is not appropriate ,as and it's silly the way it's treated the Screenplay, why that girl is taken along with dad 😂 and where it started about the pharma mafia with a plot of a wife of some wrestling trainer dies of cancer and the movie goes like a cheap fighting movie stuff..and funnily these two characters are escaping throughout the movie 😂
Sorry this was a boring long movie that didn't make any sense!
I love Momoa, but this film was terrible. He should work with a better director.
