Yes! Biopunk is such a cool fucking genre! I have so many questions about this world too. If Russia did hit the USA with biological warfare, what's going on with the rest of the world? Was anywhere else hit? If only the people who came into direct contact with the initial spray of the virus became gargoyles, does that mean there's a finite amount of them? Do they need to eat other people to survive? Also would love to know what you envision they look like (bonus for pictures!)
