Recipe
Green chutney
2 tbsp mint leaves
3 tbsp coriander leaves
10 garlic
3 green chillies
1/4 inch ginger
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lime juice
Masala for Vada
6 green chillies
1 inch ginger
20 garlic grind coarsely
Tempering
3 tbsp oil
1/2 mustard seeds
1/2 cumin seeds
1 tsp urad dal
10 curry patta cut
1/2tsp turmeric powder
3 pich asafoetida (hing)
Salt to taste
3 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
Batter for vada
1 cup gram flour
3/4 cup water to mix
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp turmeric powder
3 pinch baking soda
For red Chutney
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp peanut
2 tbsp dry coconut 🥥
15 garlic
1 .1/2 kashmiri chilli powder
Salt to taste
Grind coarsely
