As fresh developments continue to unravel in the Delhi Sultanpuri accident which took place in the wee hours of January 1, new CCTV footage has come to the fore in which Delhi Police's PCR van was seen on the road from where the Baleno car passed after the accident.
It can be seen in the CCTV footage that the PCR van passed from the exact route just a few minutes after the car passed.
