It’s important to note that if you buy the scale in India you can only use the app on an India mobile - the scales are territory/country specific which is denoted by the “suffix letter” in the model number and also due to the country specific pricing strategy - for example if you try to use a UK mobile and UK app the model of the scale is unique to India and will not be listed on the UK App
