⚡ 💀 💕 / 🏴 🏴 🏴 "Stand up and shout, Shout!, Justice Forever!" - (Road of Resistance) - I'm so happy you were able to post this one. Pretty much a master class in audience control. This performance was at Saitama Super Arena (SSA) in January of 2015, with a sold out crowd of over 20,000. I'm so happy I got to see them live when one of their US tours came through Austin. Smaller venue, but they still put on an incredible show. Seeing them live is a whole different experience than watching videos! They really are one of the groups that is better live. Best show I've ever been to.
The runway and stage in the crowd is called a hanamichi, it comes from Kabuki theater and goes back centuries. Babymetal does it differently now - part of the stage separates and rolls out into the crowd
Great reaction and commentary! This was the closing song. The girls and the band GO HARD on EVERY song, and their concerts are sometimes around 1.5+ hours long, especially the ones in Japan! Then they do it again the next night, and sometimes for a 3rd night in a row. Last year they did 2 sold out nights in Japan, then the 3rd night in Europe...back to back. Thank you for reacting to BABYMETAL! Please don't stop yet because you haven't heard their heavy songs yet! 🤘
Excellent! From Wikipedia: "...the song consists of twin shred guitars courtesy of Herman Li and Sam Totman (of DragonForce), with a dynamic sound derived of melodic speed metal." Word is it was written without concern for the high degree of speed or technicality because they thought it wouldn't be played live, or something to that effect. Li & Totman eventually DID play it live themselves, joining BABYMETAL on stage at some point. Subscribed in hope of seeing more BABYMETAL! Arigatou! 🦊🤘
Well done on getting this unblocked, I was hoping you would get your reaction up somewhere for us to watch, so this worked out really well. When you start doing full live concert reviews there are so many really good ones from BABYMETAL - I think the two Tokyo Dome shows (Red Night and Black Night) in 2016 would be ideal - they played all the songs (bar one) from their first two albums over the course of the two nights, a completely different set list (complete with all the choreo) on each night - 55,000 people there to witness it in person on each night.
BABYMETAL 101 Founded 2010 and produced by Key “Koba” Kobayashi from the Amuse Inc. talent agency. Babymetal name comes from the birth of a new style of metal fusing j-pop with metal creating what they call Kawaii Metal (Cute-Metal). The group currently consists of Suzuka Nakamoto aka “Su-Metal” (22 years old) sometimes referred to as Vocal and Dance, and Moa Kikuchi aka Moa-Metal (21 years old) sometimes referred to as Scream and Dance. With a rotating trio of girls filling the third slot, in a 3-member formation. These girls are known as Avengers and are Kano Fujihara (16 years old), Riho Sayashi (21 years old), and Momoko Okazaki (17 years old). They are supported by a rotating selection of talented backing musicians known as the Kami Band (Kami is usually poorly translated as gods, but in truth it more closely means awe inspiring spirit, entity, or object) It is why they are dressed in white to look like ghosts or spirits, though Kami being used as God(s) is so common in translation the white outfits get lost. Past Formations. Heavy Music Club Era (2010-2012) From 2010 to 2012 Babymetal consist of a three-member formation, Suzuka Nakamoto (Age 12), Moa Kikuchi (Age 10), and Yui Mizuno aka Yui-Metal (Age 10). First starting out as the Heavy Music Club as a subunit within the Developmental Idol Group created by Amuse in 2010 known as Sakura Gakuin. Sakura Gakuin is group that introduces girls between the ages of 10-15 to music, dance, modeling, and acting through Japanese Pop idol music and culture. Given a school theme, all three would be a part of Sakura Gakuin until their graduation from it in the same school year they would graduate from Japanese middle school or 15 years old. Suzuka graduated in March 2013, and Moa and Yui in March of 2015. Sakura Gakuin is a fantastic group with great kawaii jpop songs in their own right. During this time there was no lore, and the girl’s costumes were more punkish in nature which they helped create. They also didn’t perform with live music, using a backing track or the “Skeleton band” people pretending to play music behind them. Music Video of this Era Doki Doki Morning Iine (Pronounced EE-NAH spelled i i n e) Headbangya Babymetal Era (2012-2017) Starting in 2012 with the Legend I concert, Babymetal began its slow divorce from Sakura Gakuin, and was the first introduction of the Kami Band as well as the “Lore” that is still heavily involved in Babymetal but makes far less sense than it did during this time. The Lore is complex and involves a battle against other evil idol corporations, gaining powers running a resistance group, all at the direction of a mythical deity known as the fox god, against an all power enemy known as Akiba. The first Legend show I was the Kami Bands introduction to the end, but it also had the Skeleton Band which is seen in the wildly popular Gimmie Chocolate Music Video. This was followed by Legend D, and then Legend Z, in which it was learned that Babymetal would continue as its own entity after Suzuka’s graduation from Sakura Gakuin in March of 2013. Slowly over 2013 the Skeleton Band would be phased out of all live shows, as Babymetal came into their own. Babymetal as it is most commonly known as with Su-Metal, Moa-Meta, and Yui-Metal, Kami Band, and a somewhat understandable lore is what consisted for the majority of it’s existence. Also established beyond the 3 member formation, they had 2 other set ups, one was what fans called Su-Solos, and it would just be Su on stage with the Kami band, performing a solo, and the other is known as Black Babymetal by the band themselves, which consisted of just Moa and Yui. Music Videos of this Era Gimmie Chocolate Megitsune Rondo of Nightmare - With mischief of the Gods Intro (Su Solo and a great expedition of the Kami Band) Road of Resistance Live in Japan (Co-written by Dragonforce) Iijime, Dame, Zettai Live at Sonisphere (No More Bullying Forever) Karate The Dark Times, The Chosen 7 Era In December 2017, Yui would miss the Legend-S concert for health reasons, these health problems would prosiest into 2018 and greatly affect the 2018 touring season bring the “Chosen 7” formation, consisting of Suzuka Nakamoto, Moa Kikuchi, and 2 backing dancers Minako Maruyama, and Minami Tsukui. Changes they would not tell fans and all throughout 2018 communicate extraordinarily little causing lots of pain for all involved fan and performer. This era is noted by their strange armor like costumes, sometimes referred to as Elf Armor. To make the poor communication, and Yui’s absence wasn’t bad enough, one of the more regular Kami band members, Mikio Fujioka passed away after falling off a balcony in late December 2017 while star gazing. A beloved and incredibly talented musician lost leaving behind his wife and only child. In September 2018 Yui would formally resign from Babymetal, stating her unspecified health and wishing to move on. Babymetal themselves announced that the group will move on focusing on Suzuka and Moa. (Something many idiots within the fandom refuse or are too stupid to understand) In October Babymetal had a concert called Dark Night Carnival which added dancers, Shoko Akiyama, Saya Hirai, and Kotono, placing a total of seven girls on stage. This was also done without warning to fans and was an absolute mess. Babymetal would finish off the 2018 tour season returning to the 3-member formation with just Saya Hirai joining them in southeast Asia and Australia. Ending one of the most troubling times in Babymetal’s history. Music Videos of this Era (These MVs do not feature the members in them at all) Distortion Starlight The Current Era (Metal Galaxy) The current set up was first introduced in 2019 during the Babymetal Arises concert in Yokohama, before the start, the “Avenger” support dancer concept was explained in the lore, and the concept thanks to communication and a maintaining of the 3 member formation brought Babymetal out of dark times brought about during 2018. Babymetal seemed to have returned to its roots with the Avengers, as 2 of the three (Kano and Momoko) come from Sakura Gakuin. The third Riho, went to the same performing arts school as Suzuka during the same time, Actors School Hiroshima aka ASH. Music Videos of this Era Pa Pa Ya Elevator Girl Shanti Shanti Da Da Dance (Avenger confusion) Which Avenger one sees can be confusing for those new to Babymetal. For the Music Videos, Pa Pa Ya, Elevator Girl, and Shanti Shanti Shanti, it is Kano Fujihara, who was just 14 years old at the time. Da Da Dance is a compilation of Momoko and Riho and a splicing of 2 different shows. In most fan cam videos of the American and European tour it would be either Riho or Momoko, as they toured with Babymetal in 2019. Kano had responsibilities with Sakura Gakuin as its president, a position Suzuka and Moa both held in Sakura Gakuin, and she’s never flown on a plane before. Some fans for 2019 did throw a stupid temper tantrum over the use of new Kami Band members who are from the west now known as the West Coast Kami Band, but like how the girls won over many, so did they and the payoff with the Legend Metal Galaxy concert was well worth it.
I was at that show, got to the 4th row in front of the centre stage, and yes it was a great night. I flew out from London just for the show, having never been to Japan before. If you want another Japanese metal band that has a pop singer for a lead, try YUZUKINGDOM - "Eyes Shut Tightly" Another Japanese metal band for you, that is if you like fiddly guitar work, an insane drummer, maybe the best female metal singer in Japan. They describe themselves as melodic speed metal. Unlucky Morpheus "Angriefer" or "Dignity Of Spirit"
Thanks for the reaction! Given, from your video description that you're a "rap metal" band, I'd highly recommend checking out Babymetal's "BxMxC" performance. It's basically a full rap track. The track wasn't released globally, and there are no official live versions, but I'd highly recommend one of the many fancams that captured one of the performances. This song really shows how versatile the band is and how incredible Su-metal (and the other cuties of course) really is as a lead singer. There are many fancams from different shows and a few are decent to capture the performance. Hope you'll watch and enjoy. Thanks again for the reaction!
Saw this pop up while watching your Distortion" reaction. Really glad it got unblocked! Everyone has already given you a lot of info, so I'll keep it as simple as I can. The hand gesture they do is that of a fox. Rumor has it they were trying to learn to throw the horns and either made a mistake or just commented how it kind of looks like a fox, and boom, they were able to build an entire lore around their formation and how they were chosen by the fox god to bring metal back to Japan and spread it all over the world (now galaxy). The part you thought was a really high note for the lead singer, Suzuka Nakamoto (aka Su-Metal, or just Su), was actually her yelling "Come on, Tokyo!!!" because she wanted to hear them get even louder than before. They have a ton of excellent live performances, and as others have said, live BABYMETAL is the best form because you don't get the processed vocals like on studio tracks. However, be aware that several of their videos, especially newer ones, are usually live performance video with the studio track over it. This happens on songs like "Pa Pa Ya" and "DA DA DANCE", as well as their first big hit Gimme Chocolate". If you want proper live versions, you need to check out some of what others have suggested: "Headbanger" live at Legend 1997 concert "Catch Me If You Can" from Budokan Black Night "BABYMETAL Death" also from Legend 1997 There are plenty of others, but those are a good start. Keep them coming and "The One" (what they call us, their fans) will be here!
I was watching your Distortion reaction and wondering what kind of faces you guys in Road Of Resistance reaction, and now i'm here lol Great reaction, DragonForce helped them with the guitars and recorded it that's why it reminds you about DragonForce, other guys will definitely fill you guys up with tons informations, I will just leave my recomendatiom for your next reaction, Headbanger from Legend 1997 Live Ijime, Dame, Zettai from Sonisphere UK 2014 live Keep the good work guys, +1 got you a new sub
Good reaction. Metal music requires powerful vocal, like a giant Titan. Babymetal refreshed the idea what "powerful" is in my mind. Her high notes are like an arrow with endless power flying through the sky. That hits me.
if you don't know by now: it's the sign for the fox god they make - middle- and ring finger straight forward together supported by thumb with pink and index finger up as standard in horn sign.
Kitsune UP! Always great to see people enjoying BabyMetal! I appreciate your thoughts on the aspects of BabyMetal, and what makes it work despite the concept seeming so at odds with itself. I completely agree. :) Dragonforce? Ya don't say! Well, yes, it is a collab. Sam Totman and Herman Li wrote the guitar parts, and are the guitarists on the studio recording of the song. They said they figured that they wouldn't have to play it live themselves (and obviously the Kami Band are extremely skilled, as you particularly noted the drummer Hideki Aoyama), so they took it up a notch on some of the complexity, even compared to some of their own songs. It didn't work out quite that way, though, since they did end up playing it live with BabyMetal on a couple of occasions (and they did a great job nonetheless) after all. They've also said that the collab was a wonderful experience, and they would love to do another if the opportunity arises. I hope this happens. The performance you watched was at the Saitama Super Arena with a sold out crowd of ~20,000 in the audience. However, this was not Su's first time there. In 2008, when she was part of the trio Karen Girl's (that's not Karen as in a woman's name, by the way, they aren't going to ask to speak to your manager, it's a Japanese word 可憐 that translates to sweet/lovely, in a way that would apply to children), they had a big performance at the SSA. While the other two Karen Girls (Ayami Muto and Yuika Shima) were restless and nervous before the performance, shortly before it was time to go on, they found Suzuka having a peaceful nap backstage. There can be no doubt that she was born to be Su-Metal. As much as she has been back there since then, they should just go ahead and give her a set of keys to the place.
Great reaction, thank you 🤘 "Road of resistance" is my favorite song. Next time, please react to LOVEBITES, they are all female Japanese metal band. Basically they are a power metal band, but they also play thrash metal, blues hard rock, prog metal, ballad. You`ll like it 👍
There hand thing is a Kitsune or in english a Fox. Its part of the band lore yada. But they repurposed devil horns into much cuter and much easier to market foxes. Basically instead of rolling your middle and ring finger in push them and your thumb straight out to make the fox face, and your pinky and pointer become the fox ears. Adorable. and Metal.
Great reaction ! really glad it got unblocked. "what other pop singer can split a crowd ?" What other pop singer fronts a metal band ? :-) If this is her only job (well, she is also still in university) does that mean she isn't a pop singer anymore ? She does the same job as Floor Jansen from Nightwish (not writing the songs, involved in the recording and final version and performing it live). Well, Yuimetal and Moametal did write a Babymetal song while on tour on the tour bus in Singapore. I do know the answer of course. I would say Babymetal is like a crossover band ? Somewhere in between ? Which allows them to do things nobody else has done. About the bridge, the reason they have a bridge, is because how big a production they can do in Japan (because of tickets sold). The bridge actually came from the ceiling. Rammstein has their own tricks, Babymetal does too. Babymetal just takes cool ideas from all over the place, they don't let themselves be limited in any way. I think it's actually a good thing. They create something unique, something completely different. Babymetal live shows are amazing by the way ! So I would recommend live streaming. ;-)
@Prepster M seems like a strange thing you mentioned. Only thing I know is Moa's mom wants to make sure she also focus on her education so she can finish it (even giving it a higher priority than Babymetal). But that's some really old information. They are at university now, which gives the girls a lot more freedom on when to work on their education compared to the lower education in Japan. So Babymetal have a lot of freedom now on when to tour, etc. And also it used to be the case Babymetal could not perform shows late in the evening because child laws in Japan didn't allow them to work late. All those restrictions are gone.
If you ask the girls who is there musical influence, they will say with a big smile METALLICA. Metallica showed them how amazing metal music can be, and the girls respect them a lot. If you google METALLICA & BABYMETAL you will see some cool pics of them together and the time BABYMETAL opened up for METALLICA. BABYMETAL dreamed of some day opening up for the legendary metal group Metallica that dream came true at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul. As one might expect from the trio, they absolutely rocked the stage! Kicking off Metallica's Seoul show on January 11, 2017, BABYMETAL opened the night with an explosive 6-song set.
In the intro she wasn't opening up the pit. Su was calling down the walkway bridge and splitting the crowd to either side of it that crosses to the center stage platform. You can just make it out to the left when it changes to the camera on the crowd as it is descending.
Great reaction! This is definitely the standout performance of this song. The crowd is so into it, and that really elevates the performance. As has already been mentioned, it was co-written by two members of Dragonforce, which is pretty easy to tell from the guitar parts. For future reactions, I'd recommend Headbanger from the Legend 1997 concert - th-cam.com/video/QEsOaMbNFww/w-d-xo.html , and of course Babymetal Death from that same concert - th-cam.com/video/jRc9dbgiBPI/w-d-xo.html
I think you're thinking of Mike Portnoy (ex-Dream Theater). There actually is a tweet from him about the song "Tales of the Destinies" that Babymetal has and performed live (more on that later, you'd LOVE to see and react to that!), in which he said that they out prog-metal Dream Theater. That's huge coming from the drummer of Dream Theater. Babymetal isn't just a J-pop metal band, as they try to hit every genre of metal. They have at least one song for Rap metal, Black metal, thrash, power/speed metal, EDM metal, metalcore, prog/mathcore, djent, and some you'd have to see to believe. So while I can suggest the pop stuff, you're metal, so let's just get to it. I'd say to react to the following, in this order: Rondo of Nightmare (with Mischiefs of God Intro), live at Budokan Black Night: th-cam.com/video/8WBDiLMNZcE/w-d-xo.html Headbanger, live at Legend 1997: th-cam.com/video/QEsOaMbNFww/w-d-xo.html Babymetal DEATH, live at Legend 1997: th-cam.com/video/jRc9dbgiBPI/w-d-xo.html From there, you're ready to get into the good stuff, but that's for a bit later. Enjoy this ride!
Glad you found a way to put it up! I have been a Dream Theater fan for a long time, and I have actually always thought that Hideki's drumset doesn't look very big compared to Mike Portnoy's (or Mangini's).
all their songs have such a wonderful background story. its not just songs about anything... lets take the song "one" which is a tribute to their entire fanbase as a lovesong. also in the song "karate" its about - together we are strong -, "pa pa ya" is about to reach for your goals, if u want to achieve something , be as strong as possible!, and this song "road of resistance" is about babymetal travelling across the globe trying to create a new metal that unifys everyone as the chanting "wow wow " in the middle stands for. and yes someone from dragonforce worked with them on this song. they do a lot of colaborations . also the symbol in the end is their foxgod =D ... as in most interviews... they often answer like ".... only the foxgod knows!".. haha adorable!
I'm glad you guys got this reaction back up...with lots of edits of course! I'm glad I was able to see the complete reaction when it was first uploaded.
There are three major groups and this is the youngest. First is the group Perfume that is the "Mothers" of Babymetal, then One OK Rock as the older "Brothers". They are all employed by the Amuse Inc agency and it is pretty much a life time deal. It will be an interesting trip as they age to see how it changes. Check out the musicians in this set and the solo work, also the guys from Dragonforce that performed on the recordings. Babymetal was originally designed as group like Menudo where the singers would graduate and move on but they decided to let Su, Moa, and Yui stay on to see what would happen. Yui Did leave later and was never replaced. They perform to a clip track and quite a bit of backing but it is as it is. I've seen them a few times and catch them in a smaller venue to see them less corrected buy technology. They are awesome!
Great reaction guys, love watching people today reacting to Babymetal, I’ve been a Babymetal fan since 9 years ago I new they were going to be big , I have seen them in concert and they were f**king Great 🦊🤘🤘🦊
The band name is Kami Band , Kami = GOD in Japanese. Line up the band on this concert = Ohmura (guitar pink) , Leda (guitar black) , BOH (bass) , Hideki (drum) . Concert at Saitama Super Arena , January 2015
Glad you guys got this one unblocked! Looking forward to more of your reactions Oh BTW, Road of Resistance is notoriously the most blocked by the parent company. So it's mostly downhill from here.
@@MettalMaffiaOfficial Actually a lot of people that contest the block end up getting their videos unblocked I think its the algorithm that is the real problem
On the other side of the Kawaii metal spectrum (babymetal being metal with some pop) there is Ladybaby (adding metal to pop) well the first incarnation with ladybeard Track is Age age Money th-cam.com/video/3zWwd8n2JVI/w-d-xo.html Translated lyrics in the Closed Captioning
Rondo of Nightmare with Mischief of God intro. Also make sure if you listen to BxMxC Please for all that is good in the world, do the studio version (if you search it there is a english translated lyric version). There are a few "Live" videos out there, but they are low quality phone vids.
Somebody probably already said this but the reason this song reminds you of DragonForce, is because DragonForce worked with them on the song. At least a few of the bandmembers did anyway.
Pls Pls .Pls pls. do react to the Japanese rising star all girls band "TriDent" song is - -No regret -Just fight -Voltage -continue 🙏🏻❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ Lovely girls and baddass group!!!!❣️❣️❣️🙏🏻
Pop doesn't belong to metal, or they wouldn't be separate genres. They blend well together tho... But that's just metal and pop being the most versatile music genre out there cuz you can blend metal with literally any other genre and come out on top. Try mixing R&B with Hardstyle and you'll see what I mean.
What the hell??? You cut out the entire video, the entire song!! Why the F would you cut out the entire video and every bit of their reaction during the song? No reaction during the song = wtf were you recording for? Might as well have started out with "Hey, we already watched the video, and here's what we thought of it." Don't give me no "copyright issues", either, 'cause I've already watched 50 channels react to this video, and they show the whole video. I mean, that's the point of watching reaction videos, to see people's reaction to the first time they hear/see a song. This is pointless and insulting. Guess which band I won't be checking out, now.
One-day-theatrical-true-for-money project, I can say "A true bullshit" at all!!! After two, three or five years this "band" shall no exist, I'm absolutely sure! Fake metal, no doubt! It's a commercial product, not a band! Poor girls... will be forgotten after 4-5 years... Bliah-h-h-h...
I wanted so badly to hate babymetal. This isn't metal, it's just 3 dancing girls and a lousy band .. That's me 4 years ago, and I realized. maybe I was wrong or I just hated too much for things that I never knew .. when I watched them on TH-cam, I didn't like them, in 2019, then I came to the Babymetal concert at the Yokohama Aren, i want to see them live, I bought tickets and flew to Japan , short after watching them live, and of course I was completely wrong about them .. now I don't want to bad-judge something that I've never seen.
Rondo of Nightmare with Mischief of God intro is my next recommendation if you're looking forward to see Queen Su's singing prowess
Agree.
Yaaaassssssss🔥🔥🔥🔥
And the Kami band doing what they do best

Holy moly you have to watch BABYMETAL at Tokyo Dome 2016 if you're gonna do concert watching :).
You right man :)
This song , BabyMetal collab with Herman Li and Sam Totman from Dragonforce , Herman and Sam take guitar part

We thought we would not win the dispute, so happy we did!
BABYMETAL 101
Founded 2010 and produced by Key “Koba” Kobayashi from the Amuse Inc. talent agency.
Heavy Music Club Era (2010-2012)
From 2010 to 2012 Babymetal consist of a three-member formation, Suzuka Nakamoto (Age 12), Moa Kikuchi (Age 10), and Yui Mizuno aka Yui-Metal (Age 10).

Babymetal Era (2012-2017)
Starting in 2012 with the Legend I concert, Babymetal began its slow divorce from Sakura Gakuin, and was the first introduction of the Kami Band as well as the “Lore” that is still heavily involved in Babymetal but makes far less sense than it did during this time.

The Dark Times, The Chosen 7 Era
In December 2017, Yui would miss the Legend-S concert for health reasons, these health problems would prosiest into 2018 and greatly affect the 2018 touring season bring the “Chosen 7” formation, consisting of Suzuka Nakamoto, Moa Kikuchi, and 2 backing dancers Minako Maruyama, and Minami Tsukui.
(Something many idiots within the fandom refuse or are too stupid to understand)
In October Babymetal had a concert called Dark Night Carnival which added dancers, Shoko Akiyama, Saya Hirai, and Kotono, placing a total of seven girls on stage. This was also done without warning to fans and was an absolute mess. Babymetal would finish off the 2018 tour season returning to the 3-member formation with just Saya Hirai joining them in southeast Asia and Australia. Ending one of the most troubling times in Babymetal’s history.

The Current Era (Metal Galaxy)
The current set up was first introduced in 2019 during the Babymetal Arises concert in Yokohama, before the start, the “Avenger” support dancer concept was explained in the lore, and the concept thanks to communication and a maintaining of the 3 member formation brought Babymetal out of dark times brought about during 2018. Babymetal seemed to have returned to its roots with the Avengers, as 2 of the three (Kano and Momoko) come from Sakura Gakuin. The third Riho, went to the same performing arts school as Suzuka during the same time, Actors School Hiroshima aka ASH.

(Avenger confusion)
Which Avenger one sees can be confusing for those new to Babymetal.
Great great reaction! You have a new subscriber! Simply amazing performance. See you in the next! 🤟🏻 🦊
This performance was the last stop in Tokyo in there World tour at Tokyo Stadium the last 2 nights sold out in front 22000 fans each night.
anthony barone (ex shadow of intent) playing drum for baby metal on their metal galaxy world tour :D
I was at that show, got to the 4th row in front of the centre stage, and yes it was a great night. I flew out from London just for the show, having never been to Japan before.
If you want another Japanese metal band that has a pop singer for a lead, try YUZUKINGDOM - "Eyes Shut Tightly"
Another Japanese metal band for you, that is if you like fiddly guitar work, an insane drummer, maybe the best female metal singer in Japan. They describe themselves as melodic speed metal. Unlucky Morpheus "Angriefer" or "Dignity Of Spirit"
Thank you, can't wait to check it out!
Maximus Haughton To have actually been there... anyway, downloaded yuzukingdom and will give it a listen.
Great reaction!

Great reaction! I'm glad you guys liked it! As specialists, sure you can't deny their quality as a band! I'm already waiting for more! 🤘🦊🤘
BABYMETAL!!! wow🍅🍅🍅thank you upload.★
Love from Indonesia 🇮🇩🇮🇩 to Babymetal 🦊🦊🦊
If you want proper live versions, you need to check out some of what others have suggested:
"Headbanger" live at Legend 1997 concert
"Catch Me If You Can" from Budokan Black Night
"BABYMETAL Death" also from Legend 1997
There are plenty of others, but those are a good start. Keep them coming and "The One" (what they call us, their fans) will be here!
I was watching your Distortion reaction and wondering what kind of faces you guys in Road Of Resistance reaction, and now i'm here lol
Great reaction, DragonForce helped them with the guitars and recorded it that's why it reminds you about DragonForce, other guys will definitely fill you guys up with tons informations,
I will just leave my recomendatiom for your next reaction,
Headbanger from Legend 1997 Live
Ijime, Dame, Zettai from Sonisphere UK 2014 live
Keep the good work guys, +1 got you a new sub
Thank you! And yeah that's awesome how much they work in the metal community.
@@MettalMaffiaOfficial Legend of 1997 Head Banger is just as epic as the audience goes totally insane.
Good reaction. Metal music requires powerful vocal, like a giant Titan. Babymetal refreshed the idea what "powerful" is in my mind. Her high notes are like an arrow with endless power flying through the sky. That hits me.
As soon as you said full concert react I had to sub. Loved the vid
if you don't know by now: it's the sign for the fox god they make - middle- and ring finger straight forward together supported by thumb with pink and index finger up as standard in horn sign.
Kitsune UP! Always great to see people enjoying BabyMetal! I appreciate your thoughts on the aspects of BabyMetal, and what makes it work despite the concept seeming so at odds with itself. I completely agree. :)
Dragonforce?
Today is what makes tomorrow 🤘🦊
Great reaction, thank you 🤘
"Road of resistance" is my favorite song.
Next time, please react to LOVEBITES, they are all female Japanese metal band. Basically they are a power metal band, but they also play thrash metal, blues hard rock, prog metal, ballad. You`ll like it 👍
BABYMETAL BxMxC please😊
if you really want to react to their full Live performance then my suggestion is BABYMETAL MetRock 2015.
"what other pop singer can split a crowd ?"
What other pop singer fronts a metal band ? :-)
If this is her only job (well, she is also still in university) does that mean she isn't a pop singer anymore ?
So I would recommend live streaming. ;-)
I would love to see someone stream and react to Legend-S-Baptism-XX
For future reactions, I'd recommend Headbanger from the Legend 1997 concert - th-cam.com/video/QEsOaMbNFww/w-d-xo.html , and of course Babymetal Death from that same concert - th-cam.com/video/jRc9dbgiBPI/w-d-xo.html
great reaction. subbed for more babymetal reaction. thanks
I'd say to react to the following, in this order:
Rondo of Nightmare (with Mischiefs of God Intro), live at Budokan Black Night: th-cam.com/video/8WBDiLMNZcE/w-d-xo.html
Headbanger, live at Legend 1997: th-cam.com/video/QEsOaMbNFww/w-d-xo.html
Babymetal DEATH, live at Legend 1997: th-cam.com/video/jRc9dbgiBPI/w-d-xo.html
From there, you're ready to get into the good stuff, but that's for a bit later.
Might i suggest Babymetal Rondo of Nightmare /w Mischiefs of God intro ( AKA Kami band.) List of Kami band members as of 2019,
Great reaction to a great Babymetal song. You should check out BxMxC from them, I think you will like the song.
You should listen to or watch Babymetal BxMxC aka Babymetal cyper aka Bring Moa chicken its a rap song and its awesome
I'm glad you guys got this reaction back up...with lots of edits of course! I'm glad I was able to see the complete reaction when it was first uploaded.
What Su says, you do. End of story lol
🤘🏻🐗🤘🏻
Welcome in the Fox-Hole...

it should sound like dragon force because Herman Li co wrote the guitar music for road of resistance
You should really check out the live video BxMxC Bruxelle version with Babymetal!

Oh BTW, Road of Resistance is notoriously the most blocked by the parent company. So it's mostly downhill from here.
I'm shocked we got it unblocked! Luck! Lol
@@MettalMaffiaOfficial Actually a lot of people that contest the block end up getting their videos unblocked I think its the algorithm that is the real problem

Somebody probably already said this but the reason this song reminds you of DragonForce, is because DragonForce worked with them on the song. At least a few of the bandmembers did anyway.
if you like a good drummer there is a japanese girl called JUNNA THAT CAN PLAY DRAGON FORCE AS GOOD AS THE DRUMMER OF DRAGON FORCE AND HE LOVES IT

Ppl keep mentioning dragonforce, guess one day I will have to look them up.
