How the hell do you keep track of where each screw goes? EDIT: seeing the extra screws at the end, you don’t. You also didn’t put the adhesive seal on the screen.

Watch other TH-camr like Hugh Jeffreys and others TH-camr who repair phones and narrate and Learn from them
Buy the whole housing and replace it
You need to remove Alot of parts and put the parts in the new housing
Just keep screws organize
Use a piece of paper or screwmat which you can write or draw using marker
Draw screw layout out for each part and write then which layout which part it belong to

I restored an iPhone X before and it cost around $200 for a genuine screen, battery, and a back housing for it. But it worked perfectly and I resold it for $600 and I spent $85 to buy it
