i dont think. Or if he does he wont be a playable lord. Nagash is just far beyond the power-level of everybody else, save the chaos gods. If they bring him to the table he needs to be nonplayable (which would piss a lot of ppl off) or they need to weaken him to fall in line with other powerful lords in WH-universe which would also piss a lot of ppl off (including me).
I' d rather not have him in the game.
@dzikv01 i wasnttalking about endtimes, though. I figured nagash was always on a different powerlevel than everybody else but now that i slept a night over it.... Archaon is supposed to be pretty damn powerful too and its not a problem that he is just a LL in total war.... I guess it would be fine to have nagash as a LL in TW: Warhammer 3.
However, what TW: WH3 needs more than anything is a smarter AI. The AI in TW: WH2 is soooooooo mindnumbingly stupid its not even funny anymore.
The history of Nagash can be read in the Warhammer books. Nagash the Sorcerer, Nagash the Unbroken, and Nagash the Immortal

@@mus6926 He also is featured in a few of the End Times Series, notably the first, The Return of Nagash, and then the last one The Lord of the End Times. However, unlike his lore books, he isn't entirely in these
Nagash:
Has an army of undead minions bound to his will
Cannot be destroyed, only scattered,
Has godlike powers in the context of the lore,
Comes form an ancient, long forgotten past...
So Nagash is basically Warhammer Fantasy C'tan.

Studied the ancient practice of the mortuary cult. He was talented but he couldn't achieve such a feat. Slow he progress was, he learnt a lot. Both by the previous findings of the old mortuary cult and his own research. He wanted to achieve immortality. He quickly achieve influence of the people of Camara of supposed his dedication of the mortuary cult. He quickly rose rank and became the high priest at a very young age.
are necromancy not usable on anything but humans?
whether we're talking about tabletop, art or total war, i can't seem to recall ever having seen i.e a skeletal orc, or a skeletal skaven.. or a zombified lizardman dinosaur... heck, i haven't even seen undead dwarves or elves - ONLY humans.
Art wise I think we've only seen undead Skaven and Humans I think but we know of Orcs and others being revived. The undead Skaven were part of the lore during the Dreadfleet mini game but Nagash was resurrecting some too when they attacked him!

i really wish games workshop would put more emphasis on the "undead raises all" aspect of the factions gameplay, because seeing JUST human skeletons/zombies is a little.. well.. stale :(
@@ZugzugZugzugson I made an entire army of undead Orcs which was long painful and rewarding all at once. I thought, hey, what would happen if an Orc Shaman discovered a book about Necromancy and he was an advisor to an Orc Warlord. Probably think they're talking about Gork and Mork not Nagash. Hell Azhaag the Slaughterer was close to undead at the end or what would happen if a Vampire bit an Orc.
Elves can be risen as undead. The sword of khaine can raise undead.
It's part of Avatar of khaine tyrions rules.
There was a Regiment of Renown that had skeletal models of humans, skaven and orcs. I can't remember the lore behind it exactly, nor can I remember what it was called, but I believe it was a renowned mercenary who was cursed by a necromancer he killed to live forever. Meaning that him and his mercenaries were all turned into skeletons. But still possessing his free will, he continued his work as he had before to any who would hire him. And anyone who fell to his sword, be they human, skaven, orc or other would decay in instants and join his ranks.
This is great and sounds like it's a history doco narrated by Neil Oliver!

°Nagash and his own loyal servants killed his brother's bodyguard and imprisoned his brother at the great pyramid.
he declared himself the King of Caramer
°The Dark Elves tried to make the final escape but Nagash confronted them and single handedly kills them all.
°He orders his servant to build a black pyramid. He's going to use it to harness the wind of magic in more powerful form.
He continues his quests and experiment to achieve true immortality. He detail the 11 books its creation and findings.
°Unfortunately, Nagash demanding tributes from King almost destroyed Nahikara. The many kings plan to band together to overthrow Nagash
The tomb kings are my second favorite undead faction under the vampire counts and the vampire coast. it is my speculation that if Nagash is added in total war Warhammer 3 he will have access to vampire and tomb king units as well as other units possibly undead of his own designs.
Read the Rise of Nagash Trilogy, God i'd love Nagash to be in TWWH3 Mortal Empires starting in Nagashizaar (or the black Pyramid)

Yes, they mined warpstone for Nagash, and necrotects employ undead workers too.

Someone please help me. Who is Melakor did he walk through the fire thinking he was the ONE but he was wrong. His body was burned, but he made some kind of Armour that he had to wear as skin. Does anyone know what I am talking about. Help please

Will nagash have 2 lores of magic like mannfred did? But pls do give nagash the lore of death give him like 2 lores of magic (lore of dark magic and his own lore of magic) And I don’t think it’s all lore friendly for Nagash have to lore of dark magic)
It isn't. Dark magic isn’t something for humans, and after he became an undead he focused on the lore he created. Also if we go with end times lore this fucker knew 5 lores, death, vampire, shadow, undeath and light, oh my!
Fyi scaven banded together to stop nagash only time they stopped fighting each other to do it. ;)

@@TheGreatBookofGrudges I tried listening to this at double speed because it was so slow at normal speed it was boring but the pauses were still too off-putting, so I gave up. You're not reading the news from a teleprompter! Just because normally or you'll lose your audience.

extremely important tip for all the viewers: set video speed to 1,25 this makes it far better (sry dude but you have a very weird way of pausing while talking. i guess it should make you sound mystic or something but it doesn't, you sound like a weird robot with a rather human pronunciation)

Hey there, the pausing was due to the fact that I was A. Not used to my recording / mixing program. B. I am quite asthmatic (can't fix that) editing issues been fixed in later videos though!

ah ok yeah the asthma explains it. only thing you can do there, if you want to invest the time is to cut out some pauses after the recording and maybe speed the recording up by about 1.15 or 1.2 (1.15 probably being the better choice)
like i said i still thoroughly enjoyed the 40 minutes listening to you :) keep up the good work and i will check out another one of your videos today to see how you improved :P i like listening to lore stuff etc when i go to bed

No thats Malekith and his dear mommy, Nagash created necromancy because a few dark elves crashed on the shores of his land during the War of the Beard and ended in his hands, and they taught some of their dark magic to him in exchange for their lives. So yes, not only the druchii fucked up dwarfs and non evil elves, but also allowed this fucker to create undeath.

Nagash is warhammer fantasies greatest character, for he has the tallest hat. Not even the mighty chaos dwarfs can challange the size of his massive headdress.
