    4 Constituents of Well being 1.Resilence 2. Positive Outlook 3. Attention. "A wandering mind is a unhappy mind." Aka don't get distracted by your devices. Meditation is a great way to increase attention.4. Generosity.5. Delayed Gratification. A strong ability to delayed gratification is a strong predictor of success.

    Those who live without regretting their acts seem to be the happiest people on earth but at what cost is it to others around them?

      There's a difference between running around like a maniac (and not regretting), and living your life, making a few mistakes but not dwelling on the mistakes (i.e. not regretting). Just saying.
