Sub belts mounted to points on a seat mount (like PCI offers) is that a suitable mounting spot ? PCI’s offer it. So I felt like that’s ok. Thoughts ?

As long as the sub belt passes through the seat, then yes the cross bars in a PCI or AST mount does the job!

Can I use a race seat with a three point DOT harness?

Race seat with a 3 point is usually okay, but if the lap belt is wrapped around the seat as opposed to wrapped around your waist then it doesn't work as well.
