In S5E5, Walt's shoe from S4E9 makes a comeback in the first scene of the episode (where walt visits hank's office), but I cannot see blood on it. So maybe he cleaned it up.
My favorite episode ending. Walter goes to sleep, lights off, resting his watch by the bed. The camera getting closer and closer, the ticking getting louder and louder... Boom! Black screen, quiet. Executive Producer Vince Gilligan. Absolute cinematographic perfection.

Subtle foreshadowing is subtle.
Another detail that i think contributes to the “51% Heisenberg” theory is that one eerie shot where blood runs down his head while he’s shaving.
