Will be there on Saturday with my Daughter - would obviously take any type of win at all - but hoping for a massive improvement in intensity and keeping the ball. 2-1 to the R’s.
Sorry everyone - and hope I am wrong here, but I'm calling this a tough 1-1 draw, and also predict us struggling on Tuesday against a good Coventry team in a false position. Pompey will bring coach loads of fans and they have good 'form' against 'big clubs' away from home. We cannot buy a home win but we do seem able to buy poor strikers to convert the few chances we create. Chair return will be most welcome but he needs to realise he cannot do it all alone and pass the ball more instead of taking on another defender! Dembele looks a talent but he seems to go missing every week and fades out of the game by 70 mins. I have always been the most optimistic 'glass half full' supporter but I'm seeing nothing other than another long hard season ahead, where the ambition becomes nothing more than finishing 20th or above come May! 😞 COYR's
Keen to see JCS back, the team is definitely missing him. If Anderson is in that starting line up I can’t see us winning BUT you never know. Can’t lie I’m worried about this game
This is bewildering after all the hard work done towards the end of last season, QPR have created for themselves another hole so early in the season. There are a number of things that come to mind: The midfield is not strong enough. I have a disagreement with my mate regarding Issac Hayden. He reckons that QPR could not afford to pay his wages. Yet from your interview Conor, I got the impression that something could have been worked out, but instead the club chose to buy a younger inexperienced Varane. It seems to me the players are not strong enough mentally to want to win. There are two key players Salter and Colback both injured. Rangers haven't won games without them. There was a lot of talk about club identity last season. I am sorry to say what identity? Two more items: it does not make sense to have one lone attacker especially at Loftus Road! What message does that give to the opposition. Finally I think Marti is being too nice with certain players. The truth is this is called a slump of form and I don't know how MC is going to get these players playing again in a way which looks promising not predictable?
Going on Saturday, really hope we can get 3 points but not convinced we will. Need Clarke-Salter and Colback back desperetely. Drop Madsen and Anderson too, be interesting with Fox back to see if we go to a back 5 but cant see it. Im going for a 2-2 scoreline with chair getting a late equaliser, we will see.......
I really don't agree. Conor eludes to it being early to pull out the but we only win against the teams we have it card, but losing to Portsmouth, failing to beat Coventry and then miraculously winning a few away is so typically us.
For me the key is intensity, we need up to up it hugely in all areas of the pitch. Whatever the formation or the team selection. Hopefully the 3pm ko will help us COYR’s !
my big concern is that without JCS and Colback we cant operate.....Well Colback is prone to the odd sending off and JCS has the odd injury and could still be being looked at by others. Madsen, Andersen and Field are not performing. Varane hasnt settled. Dembele and Saito have gone off the boil, we are not scoring goals and we are lightweight at the back.........the keeper looks useful tho !
So news from Marti Cifuentes about Rayan Kolli! He missed the official team photo, but MC does not know why. MC says Rayan is ‘still in his plans’, despite not playing for months, and ‘nothing has changed’? WT does that mean? A Manager who knows nothing, but is planning for this? Lose tomorrow and MC is history. I have totally lost faith, and be honest guys, you have too!
Bottom line is a draw..............otherwise it looks ominous.............Going out guns blazing....could prove counter productive......We need to tighten up all round....and build a forward momentum......then we might just.........

Agreed need a plan B to begin this new post International period
I am concerned, but I’m not worried. However a win in this match is really important for confidence as much as the three points. 🔵⚪️🔵⚪️🔵⚪️
You R's!

It has to be win.

My worry is where are the goals coming from? Hopefully Celar gets his first and goes on a run! Need a win massively
He needs consistent games so we can see what he’s about, not 10 minutes off the bench.

Madsen and Andersen must not start together this time…
If we lose this I will start to get slightly worried.
I hear you, Sammy.
If we lose Saturday we down to div one

Get two strikers up top and get ball forward quicker and more accurately and can come away with the points
I think we’ll get a 2-1 win Saturday, really have been missing Chair and would love to see him start

Definitely, our press was relentless when Cifuentes came in last season, that has to come back ASAP.
We are going down after we lost a game we can’t score and the mid field is still shit

Don’t worry we’re guaranteed a win as I can’t make it!
Pinning this to come back to 😁
1-0 chair
If we lose this one, then we deserve the relegation.
We have enough talent to get our act together and push towards Premier.
COYRS!! 🔵⚪️
