      A lot of people put dislikes on videos like this because they want the musician to put the notes so they can also play. You see that sort of thing a lot on Kalimba videos. There are lots of people who are out to exploit others and think people owe them a tutorial so that they can go and make money off of the work of others.
      Either that or they simply have different taste to you.

    • @parsonsmarcus
      @parsonsmarcus 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@pgoddard803 You see, I can get behind having different tastes because of course, everyone tends to have different tastes in one thing or another. But to actively put a dislike on someone's video is to go out of your way to be rude. If you don't like it, you just move on. Much like how you could have just moved on from my comment, but instead, you chose to be negative. I hope you have a better day, week, and coming year.

    • @HeathWatts
      @HeathWatts 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@parsonsmarcus I agree with you, but being polite and moving on to something one likes would go against the purpose of social media. We are supposed to fight and be nasty; doing so makes the platforms popular and their founder's richer.

This is such a magical, evocative sound. As for the rhythms, words, and melody, you've created a quiet masterpiece of songwriting! Long live the mbira, and the music it makes!
