Mercedes C300 engine is running rough! Here is an easy fix!

A check engine light is on and the engine is running rough. I have a new OBD2 scan tool to troubleshoot the problem and fix it.

I’m definitely interested in this! I did a fuel system cleaning and after that, I got sputtering and then p0172 and p0175. And then after that it said my engine oil was low, and then check engine light came on and gave me a p0420. Now my car drives great but awful smell when I first start it. Ugh

The p0420 code could be as simple as a bad gas cap. It's some kind of fuel emissions error.

The p0172 and 175 could be the mass air flow sensor. I think that's an easy job to clean it out replace it.
