What is ASMR? Why am I whispering?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the current (non-scientific) name given to the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering and personal attention.
My videos are not only meant to help induce ASMR or "tingles", but also help provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer while helping to provide stress relief (especially for those suffering from depression, anxiety and even PTSD), help people sleep and even serve as a study aid.

ER, you should construct a wall around your humble village to help keep the monsters and such away from your town- monsters are attracted to villages, especially zombies as zombies will try to hunt and kill villagers.
And they come in large waves of invasion forces as well- so might be wise to have some sort of defence, torchlighted walls and pits and other sorts of defenses.
Enjoying the series, just thought I'd mention that so you don't have huge issues down the road.
Thanks! And yes I'd like to expand my house and such and build a castle and what-not.
Yeah- go total medieval architecture and what not: might be cool if you can implement designs of actual castles and such, have wooden palisades, crenelations-
You can produce stone brick and smooth stone by first refining stone in your furnaces with coal or some other fuel, then putting 4 smooth stone blocks in a square on the crafting menu to produce stone brick.
There is some good techniques for wall designs by making battlements/crenallations and such at the top of your walls: If you put stairs upside down to the edge of your walls top, and then put crenals+merlons/blocks upward you can not only provide cover to yourself against skeleton arrows and other projectiles, but also prevent spiders climbing up too. Plus it looks fairly bad ass.
And on one more note too- to add a relaxation vibe, aqueducts like the ones Rome built, that carry water and all that combined with gardens with pools of water would not only be a great thing to build just aesthetically and practically, (as you could use it as a transportation road type of thing with boats if you really wanted) the sound the water makes will be great for audio/asmr terms. Just some suggestions from your humble comrade!

if your throw a wheat seed at a villager they should plant any farmland with water by it. and if you use logs to create a outline for you house it looks better for some reason.

Be careful when eating potatoes, Rift; there are poisonous ones that look the same as the safe ones. I read that you can separate them in your inventory because poisonous and safe can't occupy the same stack.

You were talking about sprucing up your little house and I was thinking that happy little flowers would be nice. You can make flower pots by baking clay into bricks and crafting them in a V shape like a bucket. Then you can put flowers in them! (just small ones though not tall ones like the rose bushes)

If you didn't know you can edit the volume of specific sounds in the volume settings. So you can turn down hostile MOBs so the creeper won't be too loud.
