13:11 You’re on the right track there Mark. My guess is that the listener also had another parlay pick that was correlated with either of the QB’s. I use Underdog Fantasy. For example, they have it set up for the payoff odds to decrease if you pick a QB & WR on the same team to both go over (or both under) passing yards and receiving yards, then the payout goes down compared to normal. Conversely, if you pick the QB to go under passing yards total and his WR to go over receiving yards, then the payout increases above normal payout.

Thanks, @CSLintheCASINO, we're getting a lot of similar feedback. Seems like the sportsbook should let recreational parlay players know about that somehow.
