I tested the Callaway Epic Fairway v TaylorMade M2, and the club for me is TaylorMade. Firstly I achieved a higher consistent average distance, sounded better, and lower ball flight. The M2 looks and feels a more balance contact with the ball... SOLD!!
went and hit this today. hit amazing numbers and felt great so got fitted up and took it home. this went immediately in the bag new 3 wood bosh. i also hit the driver and am 80% that will be going in the bag to replace the callaway xr 16. whats everyones thoughts on the hybriblds of this range ?
Still in my bag one of the best fairways out there and very easy off the deck for the Par 5’s for us hackers, it has a solid thwack off the face as it’s carbonised like Han Solo bruh.
Have just bought this, and oh my, its 20 yards longer than my callaway 3 wood diablo octane, which I loved... I can also use this from fairway which I wouldn't before.... a stunning club for club golfers....
I've got the 2016 M2 fairway wood and it's a bomber. Looks good, sounds good, performs really well. If you've got an old FW and are looking to replace it the 2016 or 2017 M2 is solid. The marketing hype, though, is a joke.
well for what i would be paying for that beautifully looking white with carbon nicely shaped gorgeous club mark, i thought you would not have passed up the opportunity to see how it performs on chips.... but otherwise a good review/test(results... it works..) as usual...

I don't think they're claiming that improved sound results in better distance. They seem to be saying this design improves sound and improves distance. More coincidental than causal.
Great review bruh , Taylor made have missed a trick with there GEOCOUSTIC SOUND TECHNOLOGY to make the ball travel further , if they put a Bluetooth speaker in the next driver/3 wood and you could really blast out some geocoustic beats and make it travel 300+yards 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 , happy new year to all the crossfield family

Taylormade is claiming that the geocoustic tech produces the same distance as the old M2 with added playability, which is an accurate claim. The new M2 is more forgiving and it sounds better. My old M2 fairway sounded like complete shit compared to my new one and my new M1 driver is just as forgiving as my old M2 so I don't think TaylorMade is bullshitting anyone. Have you even hit a new M2 fairway yet?
