Wow, this makes me nostalgic. Confessions on a Dancefloor is such a great record. It was incredible then, it is still incredible now. Madonna was killing it during that phase!!
@Assaad Hattab I agree, unfortunately Madonna after her divorce she's been collaborating a lot with young artists and I don't like it.. I don't want her to cater to any generation because it kind of affected her image and artistry.. and I think she should stop messing with her face I think she's naturally beautiful
There’s 4 eras where her music, artistry and innate beauty stand out for me: Ray Of Light, Music, American Life, and Confessions. But honestly, this was hard, ‘cuz I ❤ all her eras-each one is unique and showed her evolution, impact as an artist, advocate, mother and icon. The depth and richness of her discography and videography-and her longevity is simply amazing!
Really liked this show, and almost all songs played at that time. Madonna played a big part in music when this album dropped. EMA'S opening is still my favorite performance of that award ceremony. Good times had. Madonna is still going strong!
What a blast from the past! Used to do the TRL shows in high school in studio A and The Big Ten countdown show in studio B. Damien was always my favorite TRL host. Such a fun, professional, likable guy both in front of the camera and behind the scenes. As for this album, I remember closing out an episode dancing to "Sorry" which had hit #1 on the TRL countdown that particular week. Many years later, I would interact with Madonna and her kids weekly while working at the Kabbalah Centre. Ahh, memories!
I kind of always thought TRL was a silly show. But very cool memories you have! There's a podcast I saw lately with Damien talking about his MTV days. He mentioned how nervous he was the first time he met Madonna! I agree though he seems a very likable dude. Wow. I had a lifelong crush on Madonna. Must have been something to interact with her and her kids!
@@samosler4009 you can't compare to CODF promotion. She did lots of performances (almost 20), in different countries and awards shows. She did thousands of interviews (TV, radio, magazines and Internet). She made over 60 public appearance to promotion the album in 2005/2006. She did dozens of photo sessions. Her Rebel Heart album promotion is like 20% of CODF promotion.
MTV was crap even back in 2005. most of its programming didn't play music at all. TRL was one of the very few shows that did. it all went downhill since early 00's.

It's 2023 and this is still bringing back all the feels of that era. She is just timeless. Amazing queen! 👑
She looked absolutely lovely
2005’s Confessions On A Dancefloor: the last decent (and gorgeous) album she made.
I thought Rebel Heart was good
Rebel Heart was good. Since she left Warner it's been a lot different. Hard to believe this was almost 15 years ago
Assaad Hattab So true, wish she would work with Stuart Price again.

Hard Candy was decent as well.
When MTV WAS MTV ! No Flozzy no real tv It’s all about MUSIC !!!

These albums were released from when I was 10 until 18. The soundtrack to my youth. Just non stop iconic albums!
She is likeable here.
really? she seems a lil snippy to me

Para mi el mejor peinado y look fue cuando canto get together - like a virgin y jump en el confessions tour, estaba preciosa

The onemomly The Queen of Pop is MADONNA The best selling female artist all the time by Guinnes book of records ❤
Wow, I was 21. This seems like another world.

St. Ise danced to Ray of Light, and Madonna actually used similar choreography for this song on the Confessions Tour
She was pushing 50 here! Like damn! What an inspiration!
What amazing record!
This is amazing. 😭😭😭😭🤌🏻🙌🏻💪🙌🏻dance battle was fun and cool.🥰
The final dance! I love it
Madonna poderosa sempre linda demais por onde andas abala corações
Above all 80s style, Madonna and Depeche Mode are the best to me.
Imagine madonna is in front of you 😢😢😢
It's too intense for me 😢🧡🧡🧡
I was twice

4 times for me. I have been in awe for days every single time.
Great, super video, I'm really love it , thank you, my full support it's your's. 👌👍🏻🌹💐
Coadf was epic
Poor St. Ise!
He is stoned as fuck.
I am sure he met Madonna after the show.
For a talk, of course!
🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
HAHA "I'm quite of St. Ise." Yeah, girl. We know you are! 😂
She doesn't promotion album like this anymore. 😣
The business and the demographics have changed so much!
You're joking right? Rebel Heart had insane amounts of promotion, a whole week of episodes on Ellen DeGeneres Show for instance

Marcos Vinícius TV isn’t a viable advertising medium in 2019.
I miss those days when she had talent

Wait. MTV played music???

Her music was so good, it was the best music ever!!!.... Now her music sucks (Medellin - Bitch I'm Madonna - Give Me All Your Luvin) awful music
She is not 5 '9" I'd say 5 '3" or 5 '4" at the most.
Saint IzzY rocks!
not her picking the straight guy over the voguing one SJKDNLSK
Do you have "Madonna Behind the Music" by any chance?
Derek Kelly yes I have! I will try to upload it here!

2000’s street fashion was gross.
Wasn't she 34 here??
She still looking 34 years old today
She must have been 46.. She is 60 now, and the show was in 2005
Actually she was 47
@@owain.b3070 Sorry - you're right :)
@@owain.b3070 No way!
She likes Saint Eze
She used to be so cool and beautiful😍😍 what happened to her? The divorce must have changed her.🙁
She seems bored here....
She choose someone who is not a dancer at all, I didn't like it......for me bad choice
Madonna was always gonna pick the person with less dance training. She has been known to do this when picking dancers for her tour
So cringe. 😬The interviewers stepped in so many uncomfortable landmines during this. Yikes. Had to turn it off. 🙃
she seems a lil snippy if you ask me. kinda combative
Shut Up.
