- Day 6 of Camino Portugués: Today was the longest day of the Camino and yet it was my favorite. I got to meet people from different countries, ate a delicious Portuguese cabbage soup, saw a bunch of cute farm animals throughout the walk, explored small villages and fell in love with local houses and I still ended up on the coast which is my absolute favorite. Tonight is the last night in Portugal. The hill on those last videos is Spain. 😊

That's a good suggestion, thanks! On day 6 we stayed at the Arca Nova Guest House & Hostel in Caminha. It's a great place that has both options - sleeping beds with a shared bathroom and also private rooms with a private bathroom. The owners are very nice, the place is very clean and it also includes breakfast. 😊
