- The Momotaro family had a lot going on today.
There was father Momotaro's discipline of Gentaro, which is becoming a routine.
While trying to take a picture of mom Genki eating a green pepper by the window, the second son, Kintaro, quickly came down from the beam and went for the green pepper.
Then, the pool opened for the first time this year. The high temperature was 29.7 degrees Celsius.
I was able to see Kintaro playing in the water for a bit.

The Momotaro family were all born and raised in Japan!
Momotaro (father) was born on Jul 3, 2000
He came to the Kyoto City Zoo in 2010.
Genki (mother) was born on June 24, 1986.
I was born in Kyoto and came back to Kyoto.
