What a coincidence, I'm getting my first pre build gaming pc and I wanted to know if I can just pop the m.2 I was using for my games on my laptop to any open spot on my mother board without any issues?

Pro Tip: The m.2 plug that is closest to the CPU is always the fastest slot. Being closer to the CPU gives it the fastest access.
