If anyone finds this, a small tip is go to the chemist or GP and check your blood pressure beforehand. I did a QLD coal board one recently, and they wouldn't let me do the lung function test at first, because my blood pressure was too high. Fortunately for me, it was just "white coat fever", so they just flipped the exam around until I'd settled down, but they're looking for below 160/80, because the test makes your blood pressure spike.
Your advice and info is great guys,I’m due to have my heart surgery in the next month or so but I’m not giving up on my quest to get something underground and will finish the three step plan in the near future,love your work Andrew and Jess 👏🏻👏🏻
