wow this really is an amazing video. Yarn store videos are my favorite. Please keep making more of them. Yarn culture is so different in the US compared to Belgium, so it’s so fascinating to see. I’m happy I got to visit the US a couple of years ago and I visited one lovely yarn store that introduced me to circular needles. Those weren’t well known in the Netherlands at all back then.

you went to all my favorite yarn shops! It is great that you made the trip out to the Sated sheep. I always get a skein of "The Road Less Travelled" yarn for sock knitting. But, all 4 shops are fantastic!

You were so close to me so many times! I can walk to Chuy's. Terry Black's and HSW are both about 2 miles from my house. I have the privilege of living just south of Zilker Park and the famous Barton Springs Pool.
That was a long drive from Georgetown all the way to Lakeway! My MIL lives in Drippin’ and I am embarrassed to say that I have never been to the Sated Sheep. I’ll have to make an effort on my next visit.

This was the perfect length to bind off the sweater I was working on! I love the gumball machine and the idea of combining tea/beer/wine with yarn!! I hope the beer/wine means they're open later!

This vlog is such a treat for the eyes and the ears! So many gorgeous variations of yarns on such a good soundtrack. Someday Love in Stitches can grown up in side department for advertisements too, it was so tempting, so great made!
#question Now that you've reduced your stash, do you have a different strategy when visiting yarn stores? For example, do you avoid picking up one souvenir skein or make sure you know how your yarn purchases will be used?
#question: Do you have a strategy or plan when you visit yarn stores on your travels? I love to visit local yarn stores when I travel, and try to scope out the shop before I visit, so I know what I'm looking for. But that doesn't always work, and I walk out with sweater quantities of yarn but no particular project in mind.
Are you guys moving back to Texas?
