- Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are William Chris Vineyards, and since 2008 we've focused on producing low-intervention, 100% Texas-grown wines with soul and intention. We are passionate about growing and sourcing only the highest quality fruit, and on wine that is grown, not made, so that it has a true sense of place and time.

Is the winemaking tradition from the Armenians? Besides Hye itself there are several other Armenian named locations in the Indian Nations territories also. Armenians are famous for distilleries.
