😂I make my wines the traditional method with the sediment included but sometimes make experimental brews (that I WON’T try again!!!) that I had to include instructions on how to enjoy. I made one that I wanted to feed the yeast “all natural” using pineapple juice concentrate and that was the disaster of disasters! But I went back to using dextrose only and precise amounts and mine open up amazingly!

First, you spelled ‘pétillant’ wrong in the very beginning of the video. (Your spelling is apparently Finnish?) And you forgot the proper French accent. Two, ‘Pet Nat’ as you spell it should ALSO have that accent aigu: Pét Nat. How can we trust your wine knowledge from there?
