I know I'm a year late but that first room with the Duck and whack a mole game after shooting them all and activating the sound that opens the door to the small room with loot. Look up at the air vent you'll see a teddy bear with Sam Fishers night vision goggles. Pretty sweet.
Just wanted to let you know, the first room, the famous switch on the wall, the 2 cables are going to the 2 attractions where we used the grenades ;), the yellow box is behind the ducks and the other behind the moles, so that explains the red cables ;)
Near the last secret you found, stand by the secret door you get loot at and walk back the way you came while looking towards your left. There's a fence with dog houses and what looks to be a briefcase hidden in the corner. It's illuminated on my screen as if you can open it but I can't figure out how to get behind there.
At the 2:54 mark of your video, if you turn to the right, in the back corner is a chest that is all but hidden.. I couldn't figure out how to get to it..
As far as the ducks and the wack-a-moles are concerned, just shoot all the ducks and you'll hear a sound. Shoot all the wack-a-moles and you'll hear another sound signifying that you have completed the first room and then you will find an open door between the two contests.
I noticed that there are rats that glow red and green in the hunted house and some that I've found are pretty well hidden. When you shoot them they stop glowing just thinking I might be something
Looked around it a lot and not at the minute. There are 4 boards though with eyes that look suspiceous and we have testing having a tank break them all but nothing happened. Doesn't seem like much else is going on
I "THINK" you have to be in Normal or above.. not Story mode.. I tried to do this in story, and no joy. But I know I've done it on my other character in Heroic.

The rat glowing are to spawn a hidden Boss.

I wonder if the little red glowing eyes creatures during the ghost train area do anything. I found a few and when shot, the eyes go out.

Walk to the corner on the right. You'll be close enough to take it through the fence.

I found 2 red valves on the catwalk above the 3rd loot room. You can shoot them. Still looking for more.
So… We all just gonna ignore the flashlight on the pistol?!

Now you can, i did, go upp to the gate to the number 2 secret room and jump over it.
