This keyboard has almost full distance travel switches, also Zenaim was the first low profile hall effect board with actual full lp attributes. Would be interesting to see a review of that one too, and possibly head to head comparison even 😃
i would have gotten this keyboard if they made the case black. also, the alternative shinethrough keycaps they offer look nicer imo. i guess i will wait till another company comes along and makes a low profile keyboard
I absolutely love the Keycaps ngl. If i didnt have my Keychron K3 Pro for my MacBook i would get this one. On my main PC im glad i got the Keychron Q1 HE and its great so far.
@@kakoth i dont really need hall effect switches for my mac. also i just bought the k3 pro back when i had zero idea about the whole custom keyboard scene haha
I actually prefer the pure 60% layout like this, the squeezed in arrow keys was a deal breaker for me on the original model. You are suppose to use wasd on layer #1 for a 60 keyboard like this. Moreover, you need a full size shift keyfor proper touchy typing experience.
6:55 Sorry, but please toss your Wooting Keyboard out of the window immediately. Feeling bad about a product having a feature every top brand competitor in the marked is having sounds like bullshxx to me. Sure its a hotheaded topic right now but there is one special company who thought it is a good idea to kick this ball in to the field. A company who has sponsorships with e-sports teams several million dollars high. I don't think we as gamer should feel bad about having a keyboard providing this features.
Was looking for a review of this keyboard for gaming as well i agree you shouldn’t feel bad unless they’re illegal means but it’s still a welcome bonus as an answer towards the gaming market now
feels like you are just trying to be different than other reviewers as you tend to minimize everything positive and enlarge everyhting negative. Feels like a pessimistic and dishonest review. Sad
Greatly prefer low profile so you don't need a wrist rest (currently using a K1 SE with brown opticals). Much nicer. But this is just too small IMO. I need a low profile TKL to make the jump to HE switches.
I kinda want Wooting to make keyboard like this too. Although now I switched to Wooting 80He, I really love to use low profile keyboard. I will still going to attempt to at least try these from nuphy once they make TKL or one with navigation cluster... I really need them for my day to day use other than gaming.
It's not the first HE low profile board in the market. There was some Asian brand that was selling their board for a crazy price but I forgot the name. Good review but I think you were a bit too harsh for this one. I agree with what you said about keycaps though. Wireless would only increase latency and we don't want that do we ;)
I'm enjoying it, the sound and design could be better, but the software is really decent with lots of options
This is fantastic low profiel board. In fact, it's a fantastic keyboard period. Just wish there was a 75%'er
the 75% will be coming out soon if u arent aware of it yet
75 out now

I've seen nothing but good reviews for this board.
Which model is the switch puller used in the video?

Hypertap is too far

I think by the time TMR keyboards come I think those will be much more available on LP KBs, but the TMR tech will need more time.
Looks and sounds good but the lack of keys makes it impractical
Why they keep releasing 60 Waiting for 75+ version
Same. Really I'd only buy a TKL with HE switches.
60% is great.
Your honest reviews are GOATED
As someone said, Wasabi reviews are always GOATED

Apparently they are releasing a 75% version of this board soon. I’m waiting for it

Zenaim
@@flytelp True that, thanks bro.
Not the first low profile hall effect but it’s got some neat keycaps! NuPhy always makes some interesting things
What was first?

Keycap take is good, but wanting wireless is just braindead.
WHY. A. 60. Why make the only low profile HE gimped in functionality.
