We have 2 dogs currently. Ollie and Nicki. Ollie is definitely an indoor lazy dog (he’s about 5-6 years old) and Nicki loves being outside doesn’t matter what time of year. She’s 9 and acts like a pup still ❤

My eight year old just spent a week with his parents and I'm dealing with all the feelings from the changes of being home again. He gets angry and violent. Some days I don't know what to do and I just want to quit.
Don’t give up. My parents raised my nephew since he was 1 and every single time he went to his mothers he would come home out of control . Now he is 30 and realizes everything they did for him. Don’t give up, you’re awesome and I appreciate you ! ❤
Maybe you need to give up just to regroup and start again. It’s best to take a break when you need to.
I know someone who has 2 autistic kids ,she's a great momma ,who does a great job an her husband works, it's hard for her ,but they have fun an do things at home.

Love ur family so much. Our son is 14 non verbal severely autistic and a whole handful. Gaining head punching that came with puberty.
I don’t know if I mentioned this before or not but I think I know something that Abby might like and she could use to help calm down. It’s this thing called big mouth billy bass it’s the singing fish that is on a plaque and it flops around and it stings and you can hang it on the wall. Abby might get a kick out of that. I meant to say sings sorry for my wording is off. I am visually impaired and I use speak to type.

My granddaughter wants to call me on FaceTime. When she’s saying something she wants me to repeat exactly what she is saying and if it’s about a certain cartoon and I don’t know exactly what she is saying , she has a meltdown. She is 5.

Yes Publix Subs are excellent. Just can’t get used to them wanting to put mayonnaise and mustard on an Italian Sub. It’s oil and vinegar for us or nothing.
I’m in a smaller niche of the Autism world in that the two are my step-sons. This added aspect is even more challenging. I am a co-guardian of the older son because his mom passed when he was 6. The youngest is back and forth between his parents. He is higher functioning however transition days and longer stays are always difficult. He understands the dynamics of everything however he does feel the differences like you and describing. It was a lot more difficult when he was younger it’s getting better.

Maybe you're coming down with something also. I'm really surprised at the reaction to my (I thought) was a very generic comment. I truly do enjoy watching Abby's journey, especially since I have a 21 year old autistic grandson.
@@marshafsellers1784the part about letting Priscilla take over for the day. Especially said on the tail of a video in which she was in bed for the day. It came across as she doesn’t “take over”. To be honest we get regular comments like “When will Asa get a vacation” or “the mom doesn’t do anything” because people can’t seem to understand that I am the one with the camera so they only see my perspective. There were other comments on this video as well that were similar. So, admittedly I read your comment within that mindset. I’m sorry for assuming it was another “lazy mom” comment.

What is the difference between Prolo2quo app and TDSnap? Why do some speech therapists prefer one to the other? Which is more user friendly and can one be modified for the individual user, over the other?
In my opinion TD Snap is more user friendly as far as setting it up. I think they are both great apps though. TD Snap is $50 vs $250 for Proloq. I would try TD Snap first just based on price and see if it fits your needs.
@@fatheringautismTD snap is subscription based now and more expensive. Not for people who already have it though.
