    1. The best advice they've received in life from someone.

Alright, speaking in general terms, investing requires a good amount of knowledge. That's why it's essential to have a solid support system like a financial counselor, especially when picking out assets. I've been working with Regina Louise Collaro, who is an investment advisor at a registered wealth management company. I can't recommend her enough; my financial journey has been fantastic thanks to her. She's quite well-known for her services, and she helped me achieve financial stability through investments. Now, I benefit from her passive income strategies every month. So, I'd strongly suggest finding a reliable investment advisor for yourself

When I lost my work due to COVID in 2020, I had no reason to live, and it will always be a memorable year in my life. I owe Regina my life since she made it feasible for me to live well through passive income. To be very honest, I believe she is an angel who was sent to assist individuals who are through financial hardship.

    As a middle
Class person , it’s impossible to retire early , even if u want . What would u do by retiring?
    Work till ur last Breath.
The moment u start ur career , invest in index funds and slowly build a portfolio.
Buy lands instead of an apartment.
Sell those lands at premium and buy a house or apartment.
Never take a loan and live as per ur means .
Money is the root of all evils and
Everything can be solved by money .
    I believe somewhere in between.
    I m 51 and will retire officially at 60.
But I wouldn’t stop working till my last breath.
You should have a strong purpose if u wanna retire .
Otherwise u can die of boredom

If they are not, its their fault. Infact i often call the IT guys who had good salaries in 2000-2010 are the luckiest since they were earning more than required.
The real people advising should be people who started earning after the 2008 market crash due to Lehmann. Nearly everything went sprialling and since then there have been several crashes which has made even a 2 Lakh pm paycheck seem less !

As 21 year old, I personally do not want to see how 50-60 are currently investing. Coz that might not be very relevant to me rn. I would rather have know how they would invest as a 20 year old today. Maybe judge for, lack of a better word, a 20/30/40 year old’s investments.

Even though 2022 was a crazy year for a lot of people, it was one of my best years financially. made nearly $300k off a $40k investment. I adhered to the recommendations made for me by my financial counselor Janet Santa Sherry, and the results were favorable. Anyone wishing to generate passive income with extra cash should consider investing in equities, in my opinion.

I was wondering how he was only pulling 1 lakh a month off a 4 crore corpus. Then he said it's all rental income and I understood. Rental income is horribly low in Bangalore.

The person who interviews must periodically check his style of speech. He uses “sort of” as a filler in every sentence which is a bummer to discerning listeners. Constant evaluation is important for progress. The content of your interview is good no doubt.

1stly.i would recommend to invest in secure funds (NPS, EPF, PPF etc) > real estate > gold > mutual funds (could be dept funds or equity). Also pls ensure that invested funds should return your money in every 5 years, 10 Years, and 20 Years accordingly
By that way we can be secured. require in detail plan.

There one issue with the guests that I noticed in 2 videos.
    First Video:-
The guest presented a quote claiming it to be his, instead it’s a really common quote that you see on insta/facebook/whatsapp etc. {don’t remember the quote now, but have heard it multiple times}. It was that type of quote where there’s a lambo in background and a motivational financial quote on it 😂
    Second Video [This video]:-
This 400 Multiplier Formula; isn’t something newly invented, it’s what has already been in use, don’t remember it exactly, if the number was 400 or something else. But this is method that is already there. Nothing new created .

Most of the interviews of people living financially free are actually those who were already making money in lakhs and crores. What's the big deal?, they are already rich.
2-3 Lakh rupees is average income in a YEAR for most of the people, forget about making this much money in a month alone, that could take a lifetime.
Good content though, for upper class section of the society.
