Oh wow! Ok so I watched your lasted cinnamon bun video and just viewed this one. I really appreciate the close up on you the dough and your hands for technique. Also, cutting the dough into a square is genius! I always struggle to get it shaped into a square or rectangle before/ during rolling it out.

Hey, You are welcome. Leave overnight in the fridge to defrost and on 27c 2:30 is good if the temp is higher do less. When the buns wobble are ready to bake
Hello. About the rolling out. I did a full batch of dough but I weighed and divided into 2 balls ( had another project I wanted to try), the dimension in the file say 30x20cm 6mm thick( video 1cm). For me it should be 15x20cm but neither thickness works, it should be thicker than 1cm.

It’s optional to use cardamom, if is pods 3 spoons but powders reduce to one as is very strong flavour ❤

2cm is much better it’s what I do now 1cm little bit small.

4-6 hours but one it’s great on 4-5 degree Celsius.
Do more buns and freeze some arte shaping and defrost overnight for when you need them x
