It’s really crazy how many jobs in the engine bay require the front bumper to be removed. Mine has been on and off literally hundreds of times, and there always seems to be a screw or two missing when it need to be re-attached.
    Nice demonstration ..

Another great video, I wish I'd watched this before removing mine, although it went ok in the end (nearside 'alien' washer was broken so I had to fit a new one). A couple of tips:
    - I removed the wheelarch liners with the car on the ground (no axle stands yet) but it would be preferable to remove the wheels.
    - 3 of the fixings on the mudguards were corroded and rounded so I had to drill these out - obviously made more difficult with having the wheels on. When removing the liner fixings for the first time, I'd suggest using a manual tool (1/4" ratchet is ideal) as this gives a good feel and fine control if any of the fixings are slightly worn and reduces the chance of rounding-off. Using a gun afterwards should be fine.
    - The 10mm nuts aren't too bad to get off: I used a 1/4" ratchet and long extentions but note that the nuts are on the bumper studs so a deep socket is required.
    - Note that the 2 screws underneath are Philips head, not PoziDriv, size 3. This is mentioned in the video but just avoids chewing up the screwheads by using an incorrect driver.
    Cheers.

Mooncat 1 they should come out and spray the
Headlights every time you wash your windscreen with your headlights on. If it’s not then it’s either been capped off, pump is no good or sprayers are not good

I couldn’t remove mine as some previous morning idiot had somehow managed to block access to the lower 10mm with the side intercooler, so instead I smashed my hole bumper off with a hammmer, and then smashed all clips for the headlights off! This is quite frankly to poorest designed car in history.
