Unironically, this is probably what Ninjago looks like to non-Ninjago fans. And my guy, this was one of the craziest stopmotion animations I've ever seen in my life. You were using angles and effects and camera movements I didn't even think where possible! I felt like your goal to was to break the physical contrasts of stopmotion and the Lego itself as much as possible and you unabashedly succeeded! This was simply amazing to watching, my jaw was on the floor for most of it! Incredible job!

All of the subtle movements of the characters bring them a lot of life, using techniques from 2d animation and applying it in stop motion, the camera angles, poses, overall animation, sets, lighting, 2d effects, all of it is just G O D L Y. I have never seen anyone in the stop motion community apply the anime techniques into lego stop motion so well. You did a great job that I just can't help but nut when watching this. Keep up the great work man.
It's hard to describe how amazing this video is. I love the amalgam between hand drawn animation and stop motion, and how each of the characters have there own scene. The part with Morro and the mech army on his back is breath taking, even more when he is shown changing from Lloyd to posessed Lloyd, reminding the audience that he is still inside. Little references to classic Ninjago like the Falcon, Sensei Garmadon, Dareth, Skylor and the other elemental masters are a brilliant addition to the video as they are nostalgic for a big part of your audience. I have not seen Gurren Lagann, but from the clips I've seen of the Anime I have to say that it's very accurate and awesome, also can we talk about how good that intro song is ?! I absolutely love this animation, the effects in your Brickfilms are a big influence for my films, keep up the good work : )
That combo sequence was clean as a whistle. You can just feel the weight and impact when every piece connects. This is probably my new favorite LEGO stop motion of all time, and it makes me want to buy the Ultra Combo Mech set even more than I already did.

I kept joking how Ninjago was becoming an anime. But dude, you went HARD with this this animation. Lego wasn't meant to be this epic, yet you did it. I love the refrences from past Ninjago seasons as well. And I've never seen anybody animate a Lego mech this so well. How did you do it?
