Mohanthaal is perfect ..but u should give the perfect measurement ...with a measuring cup..so it will be the easy for beginners ...U just say randomly ..how can we understand proper..??
The handwriting of the ingredients is so tiny which is not readable. kindly make the chef say the amount while showing the video ...like how much milk to put, how much ghee to take, how much sugar is put...etc.

I tried this recipe. After adding the sugar syrup the mixture was not crumbly so I had to cook for few minutes and the mithai became hard.

Pls change measurements of milk in list of ingredients it's 6 tbsp actually it's 3 tbsp in written recepie.
How wud we knw consistency of sugar is 1.5 thread
You will have to touch it lightly between your two fingers, and try and strech it.. you see it wll pull like thread..
