In past few years I made 700+ kg Mohanthal. I love making mohanthal. I usually make Mohanthal in Bulk, and when you
are making it in Bulk you have to follow all the necessary steps. This is a full-proof Mohanthal recipe which will give you the best results.

Ingredients: (Makes 1.250 KG Mohanthal)
500 Gram Coarse Gram Flour (5 Cups)
400 Gram Ghee (2 Cups)
500 Gram Sugar (3 Cups)
Milk
Water
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder
Pistachios
FAQs
1. चासनी और बेसन को ठंडा करके मिलाना जरुरी हे ?
जी है, जब भी ज्यादा क्वांटिटी में मोहनथाल बनाते हो तब ये बहोत जरुरी हे, १-२ किलो में गर्म ही मिक्स कर सकते हो
2.क्या मोटा बेसन के जगह बारीक़ बेसन ले सकते हे ?
जी हा ले सकते हे.
3.अगर ७-८ घंटे बाद मोहनथाल नहीं सेट हुआ तो ?
अगर कभी ऐसा होता हे तो फिर से उसे ३-४ मिनट धीमी आंच पे गरम करलो, हल्का ठंडा होजाये फिर सेट कीजिये।
4.अगर मोहनथाल कड़क बने तो ?
अगर ऐसा होता हे तो उसे फिरसे तोड़के थोड़ा गर्म दूध मिलके सेट करे.
