Thinking about importing one of these man. The one I'm looking at is a completely unadulterated '94 CR22S Turbo i.e. with about 100k kms on it. Was wondering if AWD would be better, but you're right about the weight savings and less things to go wrong. Just wondering - how reliable are these things in general? Also what do you think the first thing I should do when I pick it up from the port? Get all the fluids changed?
@@jordansernik of course! All the basics should be done! The F6A and K6A engines are known for their reliability, more so the F6A on the earlier gens and drivetrain maintenance parts are plentiful. I definitely wouldn’t have a problem with going for an AWD one, especially if it’s necessary in your region! Here in NC having AWD really wouldn’t make a difference, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. All in all they’re great little rides as well as the Daihatsu Mira for that matter :)
Flexin on the TEs for real. What a gem!
Very cool, the imperfections give it character!
Bro this is so sick omg I want one
