I love this idea, would be possible if you in the beginning show us the books you have read or haven’t from the shelf???😅😅❤
Love the idea of one shelf at a time! These are my absolute favorite series to watch 🎉
Ahhh so glad!
Loved this video! I can't wait for the next one. You definitely gave me the motivation to binge a few of these series. I also need to get better and reading through series and not waiting so long in between books.
We can do it!
Oooo this is great, Jadeyraereads has just started doing the one shelf at a time too. I love all these unhaul episodes popping up everywhere.
So looking forward to seeing how yours goes
Thank you so much!
This is such a great concept! I may have to see about employing this when not in-deep with university. Though the fact my shelves are a mile long makes me weary...
I shall live vicariously through this, for now! 😂
Haha happy to help
I really like this concept
Thank you!
A great idea for tackling unread books. Glad it was a success! 1️⃣
Thank you!
really love how this format worked out! excited to see where it goes!!
Me too! I already want to do it again haha. Thank you!
Fantastic video! I'm so impressed that you can read so many similar books back to back to back.
Thanks! I like romantasy so it works out
@@MelLenoreReadsOf course that helps, especially when you find the great ones! Also, Happy Birthday 🎉
@ thank you!
Becca inspired me to do read more of my unread books as well, I completely understand.
Thanks for watching!
@@MelLenoreReads of course, anytime!
Love this series excited for ep 2 x
Thanks for watching!
Really enjoyed the video, looking forward to more episodes 🤓. Glad you enjoyed the books! 🥇
Yay i'm so glad!
I'm just going to ignore the book stuff 😂 and say that I also am exhausted if I sleep too much, I think it's a good idea to experiment with it! Love this concept!
😂 yeah idk what it is but I’ve got to figure it out before I crash hahah
Really enjoyed this first episode of one shelf 🎉
Also can't wait to open my Book Babe Designs order ♥️
Yay! I'm so glad you enjoyed it
Hibachi is my favorite to ❤
Sooo good
Oooh you are committing hard here, we love to see it!! I really need to get to Thezmarr, mostly because I just really want to read the new spin-off series hahah. Also, for me the shift in focus to the side romances in Lady of Darkness is exactly what I loved about those later books. Curious to see how finishing this series will impact a potential reread of the Legacy series. Loved this vlog, looking forward to more 🤩
I decided go big or go home haha. I also loved the side romances, but I also missed some of our OG. I kind of wish it had been like duologies, but till had a great time! Thank you!
Happy Birthday! I also bought the Raising Hell shirt after reading Elsie Silver 😂❤
Thank you! And right so cute
Drink everytime mel says “I’m having funnnn but…. “
😂😂😂
I love this for you!!
Thanks for watching!
I've finished Lady of Starfire a few days ago and felt very much the same. I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t an epic finale, so I don’t think it’s just your expectations. We spent so long building up to the final action, and then everything was resolved in about 20 pages. But I still love this series so much!❤ Now I’ve started The Legacy series🥰
I’m glad it wasn’t just me!
I love this concept! I’ve been thinking of doing something like this too. I’m currently reading Lady of Darkness for my book club and I’m really enjoying it so far. I hope I love it enough to continue the series since I would love to also read Rain of Shadows and Endings. Glad you enjoyed the last book!
Thanks for watching!
Girl, your office is not a mess. I live with 2 granddaughters aged 2 and 4. I can show you mess lol. Your good, just read instead, it's your birthday week. Happy Birthday for when it comes or belated if this posted after.
Thank you for the birthday wishes!
I added a couple of them to my tbr.
Yay!
I don’t know if I missed it, but the books you rated low that finished a series will you be unhauling them?
No I won't! I still like the series so i'll be keeping them
@ I have books on my shelf for that same reason and some that I’m struggling with because they’re so pretty and I like at least 1 to 2 of the books 😃

Thank you so much!
Unhaul The Weight of Wishes
Yeahhhhh its made it's way to the closet
1️⃣ Is there much spice in the last of darkness series? Because it sounds like something I would like but I don’t like much spice. I have read the throne of glass series and serpent and the wings of night duology so I’m ok with that amount of spice or less.
The series is spicy yes
@ do you know how it would compare to those series I said I read above?
🎉📖📚🧚🆒1️⃣
thanks for watching!
Although I enjoyed the series in general, I felt the same about Shadow & Storms - for me, it was the weakest of the series, which was a real shame being the finale. Loved Iron & Embers though!
Oh good to know about iron and embers
Um, ashamed to say that I have just hit over 600 unread books on my shelves. At 62 years of age will I ever get them all read?
I love having a selection!

Is anyone else reading at least a book a day or do I have a problem. Its my main hobby at the moment sometimes I'll read two and the books themselves can be anywhere between 100-500 pages. I like this trend but I'm starting to think the way that I'm reading isn't realistic for anyone because I keep seeing videos like this which each time I'm like oh you're just like me - only people read a book across a few days... I guess the main thing I'm curious about- is if anyone else out there also reads as much as me. Or do I need to slow down the amount I'm reading? My to be read physically is almost 0 but its mostly because I'm broke so I've been using the library a lot lately. I keep adding to my to be read on good reads though and I can't reduce it as much as I would like.
I have one book at the moment which I'm reading a few pages at a time each night alongside this because most of the words in it are new to me and I'm trying to learn more about a culture unlike my own . Should I be reading differently? Are my reading practices unhealthy? Is there such a thing as too much? I take frequent breaks and exercise in between. I also still have a full time job and am completing my uni work on top.
I also would like to add I really like how this video felt like a documentary it made it more enjoyable to watch I've not seen many videos which follow this trend done in a style like this and if anyone has recommendations for other booktubers who do videos in a similar format that I should check out I would greatly appreciate it.
