I recently read house of bane and blood duology and i really loved it and the MMC is the best and i agree more people need to know about this duology. ❤

🦋 While we have similar tastes, I do prefer a whole lot more smut than you so I'll give the Ella Fields book a go. Honestly couldn't give you any recommendations as the duologies I have read are all going to give you the ick and most of them have smut on every other page 😂😅

I'm still undecided about romantasy duologies. I think trilogies are still my sweet spot. Excited to read Heartless Hunter closer to the sequel's release date! And I need you to give Bridge Kingdom another go.

I definitely agree with Heartless Hunter, A Fate Inked in Blood, and House of Bane and Blood. They’re all so good! The sequel for Heartless Hunter comes out on February 18th. I can’t wait for it. I also have and need to read To Kill a Shadow and These Hollow Vows. I definitely want to hear your thoughts on them!

Here are some fall fantasy reconditions that you should read: The Lanterns Ember by Colleen Houck, All of us Villains by Amanda Foody, The Graces by Laure Eve, The Walls Around us by Nova Ren Suma (this is more magical realism though), Deep is the Fern by Lili Wilkinson, The Bone Witch by Rin Chupeco, Day Boy by Trent Jamieson, In the Shadow Garden by Liz Parker, House Witch by Delemhach, and The Last Bloodcarver by Vanessa Le. These are all great fall spooky fantasy books. You should totally read some of them. Let me know if any interest you.

I've been saying for years that adult summer camp should exist -- I have to read this book! Also, Beasts of the Briar series is one of my favorite series I've read all year. Fairyloot needs to release the entire series for sure! 🐱

Hello. Love the Woven by Gold to, I audiobooked it too however my audio book did have several male narrator with very distinct voice which made the audio so much better.

You're review of Phantasma really solidifies my low rating. It just wasn't a book for me.

Mel it is thanks to you that my TBR (and sleep) are completely ruined. 😂 I decided to pick up the first book in that Darcey Coates series right before bed and I couldn’t stop reading. Now I want to just continue on instead of read from my TBR
