I need to check a bit more into your solar setup in the cabin. Thanks for making this video. I am thinking my shed could really benefit from something like this. I am stretching a long cable at the moment. Doubling the size shortly and it would be a great addition!
I love solar power and try to use it whenever possible but I have to say when I need dependable all-day power for commercial work the Honda Ultra-Quiet 1000i comes out of the truck - it keeps all my battery packs going all day. I do however admire your commitment to solar and strive to do the same. I think the Milwaukee inverters are a good work solution when solar is impractical and you need a bit more dependable power to pick up and go somewhere with. Great Video - You are setting a good example!
Thank you! In interest of full disclosure, I couldn’t afford to do it without a little sponsorship cooperation. That being said, I do believe in the technology. It is convenient, quiet, clean. It isn’t always a complete replacement, but I like to share the capabilities so people can pick what works best for them.
Now I see in the not so far future, the sheds for the sawmill, splitting station, storing wood, and anything else, being powered through solar power. Always moving forward!

Those power stations have been super handy!

Yes, we are really excited about it!
I have solar security lights around and inside my Kubota tractor shed. They work great. Bought another one for the tractor trailer storage lean-to.
Yes, those are so handy!
Hey Lucas you should be able to hook the 2 panels up in series and get 280 watts of charging. Just a thought. Keep up the great stuff!
Absolutely! I have my two 200W Geneverse panels connected on the cabin and I get great charging from them!
Could have used these 10-15 years ago. Currently just using 2 deep cell solar batteries and a mish-mash of solar panels to power my shed lights....
Having solar power is so handy! I am loving the setup in the cabin. What you’re using is working, that’s what matters! 👊
