Former window-maker here, and fun fact: most of the expensive looking bevels and things on fancy, high-end windows are actually clear stickers applied between the panes of double-pane windows, so if you think using stickers, tape, or vinyl to add to your windows is "cheap," it's how it's done professionally too!

HELP
Question. I have always seen golden with dark academia colours and style. But I prefer silver colour besides gold. And I like things of both (dark and light) academia and cottagecore. So.... Should I mix golden and silver or could be weird?
See, my idea o' cottage 'tis neigh so much girly fantasy ting but more like Irish house 1950s [which is akin t' USA house 1930?] what that would come standard w' gaudy wallpaper and carpet and cast iron stove which would cost FORTUNE t' obtain now? But also distincty furniture that is expensy a bit, too. Sigh.
Why would anyone want this sort of style/design? Just move to a place where is gloomy /wet/cold all the time you will get the same vibe. Very depressing.

Yes, I saw that Maksy one and the current one she goes a bit overboard for some Halloween decor that fits your theme a bit here, too.
