I'm glad that you put seat belts in it, I'm amazed to see how many people build vehicles without modern seat belts. When I bought new seats for my camper I got ones from a Silverado with integrated seat belts and welded in 2x3 rectangular tubing to bolt them to.
You do such a good job with sound, lighting, editing, content and have mad fab skills. Great channel. It’s 2am and I should be asleep but I can’t quit watching!
If I were you I would have went to a junk yard and grabbed some parts from a Dodge caravan for the rear seats. I would have welded the removable track system in so you could pull out the rear seat if you wanted to haul something or for more luggage space. Other then that. Great channel. Great work.
This is the only minivan seat that the back was only 22” tall. Anything taller then that would look crazy in here. All the others were 27” or taller. I only have to pull 4 bolts with a impact to get this out with no backing wrench. Can’t get much easier then that. I appreciate you watching and checking it out!
You ended up recycling the original rear end. What is the gear ratio? Mine is a 4:10 looking for a better ratio. Putting a bigger motor in won't need such a low ratio.
that's a chargriller isn't it? you can buy replacement grates. they're reasonable. they also have all kinds of stuff on the site as well. i have the same size. kinda wished that i could of gotten "the outlaw" slight longer i think about a foot or so. i did get a great deal for it back in 2009 i think it was. $89 brand new at my local grocery store. its never failed me yet. i bought a rotisserie but the motor for it was crap. need to upgrade it to a heavy duty one. i even put a smoker/the small table top grill on the right side. never have figured out how to smoke or grill on the side with that. they have all kinds of stuff. looking at a pizza stone maybe a griddle to like make eggs and some other stuff. i also wouldn't mind having one that you can use coal or gas all in one. they have all kinds of stuff. i just wish id of bought a cover for it so the sun didn't bleach it out. Ive been hooked on natural charcoal ever since i tried it and a chimney starter. so awesome and amazing. here's a tip to get the grates to last longer (maybe even restore them) is to after you clean them to oil them like a cast iron skillet to season it to make it last longer. best dang grill i ever bought. got sick of those Walmart ones that would rust out the bottom and having to replace them every season. so saw the deal and snagged it. i have the deluxe griller and added the side fire box. Ive never looked back. got any good grilling recipes you'd like to share? www.chargriller.com/products/charcoal-grate-19-8x6-8# grate replacement. $10 cant beat that. though I'm sure I'm too late to help hugs love and bee safe :D
They come factory with the Travelall. The dish tapers the floor down to the crossmember where the eyelet threads in. The dish and eyelet came with the Travelall
I don’t remember who makes it but I found it on eBay by searching for press brake. If you have a press one of these is definitely worth the $199 if you do quite a bit of fabrication. I use mine a lot.
@@PuddinsFabShop Easier than fabricating a new wife. What would be involved in fabricating a new wife? Aside from the demolition work, there's sourcing a new "front end," getting the "ride height" just right, sounds like tooooo much work. Would be cool if the 3rd-row seat were elevated to allow the shorties to see out the front window? (late-breaking pseudo-idea) Thanks for sharing, enjoying watching the build series straight through.
Great build! Love your laid back style and the fact that you explain every step you take. Very helpful! Thanks
I try. Sometimes things get missed. Thank you for watching.
Catching up on old videos. Nice watching your projects. Also nice to see a clean Yukon XL hiding in the background.
That 3rd row looks perfect in there! Like a factory option.
Love the door stop at 7:05...
Thanks!
You’re an artist mate. Love watching this build. Best project on the tube.
Thanks Billy! I appreciate you watching!

My truck and this will have lap belts. Unfortunately with how everything functions in it shoulder belts aren’t really a option I’m looking at
Puddin's Fab Shop lap belts are better than nothing, good job on the truck
Thank you!
Looks great, that vehicle is huge, you could almost put a fourth row seat in there LOL great work
Be tight!
Love the build man, you break things down for a newbie like me and Im learning a ton, thank you for making these videos!
I appreciate you watching! I hope they continue to help!
Really smooth work. Thank you for sharing the skills and the ideas.

Looking good man! Your motivation is contagious.
I’m glad to hear that!
Love watching all of your videos man! Been binge watching them the last couple of weeks.
Third row seating?! Didn't see that coming. We always had a beach-wagon w/TRS growing up.
Sweet, like that Blue Eyed Soul in the mix.
It’ll come in handy!
I know Texas is big, but, are you familiar with Humble, Texas by chance? -Peter

Mine is a posi 3.54 gear. I assumed it would have a lower gear which is why I never really looked into it.
great work, as always ,
Thank you Tim!
Great job!
Thank you sir!

Nice work 😊
Awesome work! so inspiring
Thanks for watching as always!
Just wondering is there a reason or just personal choice for the bead roll sections to have them where the the raised roll is face down or face up ?

What are the dishes you weld in the floor?
They come factory with the Travelall. The dish tapers the floor down to the crossmember where the eyelet threads in. The dish and eyelet came with the Travelall
Where do you buy those weld in floor plates for the belts?
Those came factory in the Travelall
I have a question. The brake you use in earlier video. What is the name of it? Used on heavy steel.
I don’t remember who makes it but I found it on eBay by searching for press brake. If you have a press one of these is definitely worth the $199 if you do quite a bit of fabrication. I use mine a lot.
Thought I was going to see flames on seat, getting pretty close to driving(looks like) hope you’re doing well. Stay safe and healthy, take care!
Bring a new meaning to hot seat.
Congrats on making the finals of the DEBOSS IQCS 2020 Show!

No way

Thank you
What vehicle did the third-row seat come out of?
Where did you get the ribbed floor material?
I'm sure you've swapped legs with that Brace!! LOL
Oxy acetylene for a bbq lighter?! Now there is a man after my own heart😂
In the newest videos. I haven’t noticed the third seat.
Love it. But a true old school third row would have been in backwards.
It would of. Mom was against it.
