Her voice is starting to sound worn in the upper register. I saw her here in San Francisco as a solid Violetta (almost a year ago) and she sounded healthy. This is worrisome.
I agree, she has sounded better. But She has just lost her mother 2 months ago and had to cancel all her performances while grieving. She returned to performing only less than a month ago and explained that while grieving she couldn’t sing anymore since last singing for her mom before she passed away, and has had to work with a coach to learn how to sing again. I imagine with time she will get better and better again. I wouldn’t be that concerned, she’s just been through a time many can or cannot imagine. But hers is a gift even greater than her, she will be just fine.

have you heard the E flat in Sempre libera? what's worn? she gave me goosebumps...
I understand what you are saying, but she did this concert right after having experienced the death of her mother. I am sure that is greatly contributing to what you are hearing.
@@gianluca3674 I guess Matthew is refering to the flexibility of the voice in the coloratura. I also find some notes rather sharp.
