They need great starters and backups, players this year are fine but improvements can be made when it comes to execution on both offense and defense. If they fix this, they’ll definitely be a top team.
They already found a great OC. Now they need to find a QB. I feel like the bears should trade their pick away and sign Kirk cousins in free agency. I just feel like we should not take ANY risks.

As a packers fan, the trade with the panthers really paid off for you guys. I'm not as much of a bear hater as other packer fans, so I can say that without disgusting myself.
This proves that Getsey had a different playbook for Bagent. It's impossible that feilds can't throw hitch routes that require him to get the ball out quick. Getsey called a good game against Commanders then totally went away from the game gameplan every other game. Bagent got the ball to DJ quick because that was the game plan. Throw short. For some reason, the play calling is different for Fields. Gesty is sabotaging... and will have a job in GreenBay next season. Fields is not our problem!! If that was the case, Bagent would be our starting QB since the Raiders game. No way in hell, 2 QBs in the same system, run 2 different offenses.
