Fields has a magic to him. A strength to break out of sacks and the intelligence to make the right play when necessary. His interception numbers went way down this year, and we have seen him grow by not just tucking, but holding the ball in a good position to flip his hips and transition into a throw (multiple times in this video even). He is working with a porous offensive line (hopefully we draft a center) and only DJ Moore and Cole Kmet as quality receivers (mooney had the first on the year and Claypool had one other one.). Get him MHJ as a secondary receiver and he will have more options, not to mention a bigger go up and get it receiver that he could probably get a good trust connection with for 50/50 balls (Moore just doesn't quite have the height). All I'm saying is get him a center, a receiver, and with a new OC, we could see some absolute domination from Fields and the Bears' offense in the next few years to come.
My issue is passing yards. He hasn't thrown for over 3,000 yards one time in 3 seasons. Look at what Stroud did in Houston in 1 season. Threw for over 4,000 yards in only 15 and brought a 3 win team to the playoffs.
@@mikelasjo6507 Your issue is invalid because he was hurt for 4 games of the season (He had 2,500 passing yards, probably could have gotten 3k had he not dislocated his thumb). 2. He has to be able to stand on his feet without pressure in his face long enough to be able to deliver the deep ball for big yards. He had some over 300 yard passing games, and 300 tota yard games this year. We're seeing improvement but the coaching and team didn't lend themselves to see him improve fully. Stroud had an excellent offensive line and some solid receivers and TEs. Along with great offensive coaching.
@@cardboardinkcollector3639 Stats don't lie. Look at what Stroud did vs Justin. Justin played in 15 games in 2022 with only 2,212 passing yards 17 tds to 11 INTs with an average rating of 85.3. Stroud threw for 4,100 yards 23 to only 5 INTs average rating of 100. Per PFF bears o line was ranked 21 and houston's was ranked 25.
@@vortexianzx4880These are all excuses. Everybody was making excuses for Mitchell back in the day too. Not comparing Justin and Mitchell but similar set of circumstances. Mitchell went to the Steelers and the guys a bust. Look at Trevor Lawrence. Dude has thrown for over 4,000 yards twice in 2 years. Lions are busy game planning for the Nfc championship while the bears are busy firing and hiring coaches 😂😂. It's the same cycle ever 2-3 years
Video of Fields working out at Halas Hall comes out yesterday, Shane Waldron hired the next day, Chicago media posting every TD the very same day????? Yeah Fields is staying
@@dddripzi seriously don't understand why people think hes good he gets destroyed by real defenses like for example losing to an overrated Notre Dame team 48-20
So many good highlights but choked away so many games to losing teams, the Bears only beat 1 actual good team this season and that was the Lions. Packers first game blew out the Bears 38-20, Chiefs blew the Bears out 41-10, choked against GB in the 2nd game, couldn't even score a touchdown, barely beat the Panthers, couldn't do much against the Cardinals who had one of the worst defenses in the NFL. Highlights are nice but how about a winning season against losing teams
It was on the coaches, too. 3 games, Broncos/Lions/Browns. All games that our coaches tried their hardest not to win. This team should've at the very least been 10-7.
@MFBloosh should've, could've, would've, Bears ended the season 7-10. Yes, the coaches played a part of losing those 3 games but it's not just the coaches, the players are also to blame. The Chicago Bears are a joke of a franchise, they should be demoted to college football, it's more their speed.
Hope to see this video twice as long next year with Shane Waldron :].
And fields!
YES SIR
@CoolDayz6 honestly anything is better than getsy at this point, even Nagy wouldve done better as an oc 😂
Agree 💯
Shane Waldron is going to have some tools to work with here. Bear down!
ALL THE FOR THE BEARS TOUCHDOWN NO FLAGS
Its hard to believe this video is 9 minutes long.
Ay folks with enough faith we’ll have a 10 min video next year
Ouch. Fair. Ouch nonetheless.
Getsy won’t be missed
Someone always beats me to the punchline 😂😂😂
yeah me too 😂
Keep fields
Sorry
LMFAO
I completely forgot about the foreman masterpiece vs the raiders
The fact that we fired Getsy already has me excited for next season 😭 glad we got rid of that bum
goddamn double agent

Dear Bears administration don't be one-sided. Make a video and show all the drop catches , missed tackles and blown coverages

Nobody does that to make their own team look bad. There are other sources for that if you are looking for that kind of material.
Same goes for CW
What team does that?
