sorry , it doesn't make you Obese , if you know durianrider and banana girl or healthy happy vegan from youtube ..all 3 can go upto 30 bananas a day and are so very slim . 2-4 se toh bilkul kuch nahin hota . 110 cals per banana isn't too much really . I don't add milk to it began a vegan i add it to mangoes instead without any sugar . or sometimes soyafit soya milk . again as always a very complete video..keep them coming .
