In the trunk there is an access port through which you can disconnect the wiring harness to the fuel level sender. This can be done before lowering the tank.
Had a fuel filter replaced on a 95 Honda Accord EX and ever since, the car starts becoming hard to turn over once, below a 1/4 tank of gas. No gas light or anything. Once filled up with gas the problem disappears, but once below a 1/4 tank of gas, the problem returns. What might cause this?
