Sometimes when it rains it pours! A bee sting to the lip then broken gear! It could be worse- it’s all in the attitude I suppose. Adapt and Overcome! How do you handle life’s hitches?
Well my take is this.. No matter what type of problem it is..Blame it on The Gremlins 😂😂🤣🤣 and realize that this too shall pass ❤😊
Thank goodness you guys are willing to dig in and work through the problems. It's important in RV life!
You have to be a little handy to own an rv or it’s probably going to end up in the shop more than at the campground some years!
Well look at you guys.. Major Camping Gremlin Busters ‼️Great Job Mr. Mike 👏🏾👏🏾‼️ Hope the 🐝 sting healed okay ❤😊
Sometimes you just have to make stuff work Janice. We had places to go! The bee sting was a rough one but I’m all back to normal now.

I don’t have that switch on my 2023 260rd. They put Ground Control 2.0 inside the pass thru on the drivers side. I think that started in 2022 models. Great video for the “how to” for older models!
Yeah the newer ones are a little different. I figured someone could use the trick to jump it when their switch goes out.
Well done! I guess I need to add a jump pack to my road kit.
Not a bad idea for sure!
Seems like you have great how to knowledge. Good job. Lynn and Danny
I’ve had a lot of years of experience breaking stuff that given me the experience fixing it. lol. Thanks for stopping by Danny and Lynn!
Excellent how to Mike!!!
Thanks man, I appreciate you!
Good video, we got are RV from RCD looked at it test drove it in Delaware, took the delivery in Heath. Mike gave us a great buying experience. Glad you had good experience too.
They have been helpful everytime we gone in. They have the best parts department around in our opinion. Thanks for tagging along with us!

Great DIY Mike! So much better than dealing with the RV dealers. Who knows how long it would be in the shop?
Thank you! I feel bad for those that can’t do some of this stuff of their own. The repair shops (especially dealerships) take so long and charge an outrageous amount! Safe travels! - Mike and Shelley
I seen video of your bathroom sink you may want to put some stuff against the wall behind it where the water won't run behind the wall down your cabin Mike.
Good tip! We also have a bead of silicone running along the back wall.
My dad did the same thing you did forgot to it that his back wall rotted because kids like to play in water lol
We've had 3 failed switches. I'm not sure if what you were given (switch) is a Double pole, Double throw switch. After 3 replacements we've learned not to skimp on these. Also, I think (at least for our rig) a 30 amp is needed. Ironically our video on this issue was from a couple of years ago and another one coming out in a week or so. Hopefully the last on this matter. Good stuff and great job on figuring out the connectivity.
It’s always something when you are on the road. We had to repack and press a wheel bearing tonight in Tennessee. Got to love RV life.
Great video guys, we have lots in common. Awesome hack around the switch. Thumbs up 👍. I'm a new Subscriber on your Channel.
That’s great. We are happy you came over and joined us. We are always happy to hear from everyone. Thanks for watching.
You bet my pleasure, Cheers Joe 😊
You may want to check the wire gauge you used for the jumpers. Pretty sure there’s a lot of current for the front jacks and don’t think the wire gauge is enough to handle it. Could be wrong but wouldn’t want to see a fire video.
Good looking out Joe. I made the jumpers out of residential 12-2 wire. I’ve checked it a few times sense we fixed it and everything is still looking good.
