This is great! I have the same floor plan - Tellaro 20A and think to upgrade the AGM to Li batteries. I do have a couple of questions. 1) Did you have 200 ah AGM and a 1000 watt inverter before your upgrade? You did not mention inverter. 2) What is your alternator capacity and it can directly charge Li batteries? It seems to me that people who have Li batteries install secondary UHG.
    Thank you!

So we bought our b new and it came with the UHG and 200ah of LI plus a 3000watt combimaster invertor so our b was already set up for lithium. We did have to change the fuse sizes and change settings which resulted in buying dongles for the combimaster and balmar. Our uhg still works however it only pushes in about 80amps so it's far faster to charge on shore power or with a generator. However we've only had this set up for 2 weeks so we're still testing and learning

@@pavedbygrace Can you tell me more about the fuse upgrade. Did you remove a fuse and replace it with another one? If yes, where is it located? what size was removed, and what size was added? If you were to only upgrade to 600Ah would you still have needed to upgrade the fuses? any other tips or advice regarding fuses, etc. Thank you, A.B.

@@a.b.maynardiv8691 So on top of the batteries Thor had fuse blocks that were 150amps. When we went from 100 to 300 we upped the fuse to 250amps. I have a pic but I'm not sure how to share it on here ...

So you put lithium outside? You do know you can't use them below freezing right?

Yes, it actually came with lithium we just upped the amount. Also we live on the coast where it rarely gets below 50 and do not camp in the winter as we stay home at the beach in the winter. However we did put heat sensors in just to be safe.

Thank you again. How many UHG do you have, 1 or 2? If 1 UHG, do you have a BIM (battery isolation manager) or a DC-to-DC charger?

We have 1 uhg. We have our balmar connected to it. That Bluetooth device we put in now allows us to see the uhg and batteries on our phone via an app. It does DC to DC charge however that portion was in place when we purchased it.

@@alissadavis4511 Thank you very much for the super fast reply. Do you have an emergence start switch on dash? I also prefer to DC-to-DC charger when upgrade to lithium battery. But, I cannot find a DC-to-DC charger provide that switch option. Sorry for the multiple/separate messages.
