Very true. My surgeon said I didnt need physical Therapy. I demanded it. I too developed fevers which they couldnt figure out. I truly appreciate all your videos on this! They recommended I return to work 8 weeks post surgery. I'm considering requesting more time. I don't feel ready. What do you think is a good time to return to work in your opinion? Thanks again! So helpful even in 2020!!

Hey, how'd you end up going? I had a rib resection and stent put in 4 weeks ago.. if it wasn't for this Swelling near the chest scar I might be able to go back to work in a few weeks but it flares up and swells more during activity like gardening, extensive walking etc.. and when it does I get pain in the chest, neck, underarm etc.. I'm worried it'll put pressure back on my vein and I'll clot up in the middle of the desert where I work for 3 weeks at a time before I head home for a week off (20/8 roster) as an Electrician (in Australia)... not ideal! haha. ( I had venous thoracic outlet syndrome, assuming they haven't misdiagnosed me).
