As is the case with so many TOS folks, I can't say either way. Because my diagnosis happened so late, things are really complicated, and I can't be certain whether this chronic pain I'm left with is residual, something new, maybe related to the spine surgery, etc. I do wish I'd been able to have the supraclavicular approach rather than transaxillary, because it seems outcomes are better with that procedure. It was something I felt I had to do because I had no other options at the time. I don't regret it, but I still have so many questions about why so many doctors missed it and why my post-op care was so crappy. Keep in touch...I'm rooting for you, and am here for you during your recovery.
@@EmilyWrightCello I had my surgery two days ago. The first day was pretty rough, but today I feel like I just had a hard chest work out. My hand pain is gone so I hope this surgery was the way to go. Thanks for getting back with me.
Love & Prayers.
Thanks for your videos. I’m having this surgery next week. I have a lot of hand and arm pain. Are you glad you did it? Would you recommend it?
