Thank you for sharing your Bible. I know a lot of people find Leviticus tedious, but once you dive into all the laws and sacrifices, then you realize that Jesus became ALL of those sacrifices and it is awing.
Righttt! I’ve read it through a few times and absolutely loved how it connects to everything that Jesus is and how perfect Gods plan is, totally need to do a deep dive study 😍
The 1st page is literally called the crinkle page If you don't want it to crinkle You have to put a large sticky note right in the center put 1 at the top and 1 at the bottom
I like using "fold outs" which is what I call them. Instead of gluing the page in the crease of the page, I bring the paper out of the gutter as much as I can then washi tape it there. That way everything still lays flat. If the Bible I'm using doesn't have enough inner margin, then I use the top or bottom margin instead. I try to stay away from the outer margin because I use that area for notes. I have also added notes to the blank pages at the end of my Bibles, or cover up tables and charts that I know I won't be using, and I assign page numbers to them so all I have to do at the Scripture is write and circle the page number to go to at the end of the book. I've learned to be creative when it comes to finding extra space in Bibles that are not meant for journaling or notes. Some of the things I do were inspired, and others I have borrowed from other channels like yours. I have also found a few great ideas from people who are just journaling daily activities and not Christians. Unfortunately, like many other note takers and studiers, I am now addicted to stationery and pens and markers and washi tape! I don't think I will ever run out of materials!
There is a Bible app that has Bible reading plans. I am going with one that allows you to read in chronological order. I find it very informative. I am not using it for study, just for pleasure reading. When you talked about God traveling with his people, It reminded me that it was a foreshadowing of the Holy Spirit living within us now. We have constant access to our Savior.
Just an FYI. I iron my bible pages. I set the iron on medium or medium low. No steam. Don’t leave the iron on one spot to long. But, slowly go over the whole page. I would do a test run on a back page.
Highly recommend reading Kings Chronicle and Psalms together. It’s so interesting how it merges together. The Goel found in Kings and Chronicles but also mention in Ruth. What I found as an Ah ha moment was the City of Refuge. Recommend a deep dive since it also applies to Jesus, setting and how after exile only one remains. Thank you for sharing and God bless you.
I went through Genesis looking for Jesus and types and shadows so my Genesis is full of notes. I’m still finding and hearing about more. It set up a good mind set to continue through other books. Reminds me of the plagues you were talking about. If only we realized how exciting the Bible is and can be when we see what’s behind what on the surface seems to be a simple story.
I love that type of study!! Trying to find Jesus all over the Bible 👌🏼 right?! The Bible is the coolest book I have ever read. It’s exciting and suspenseful and more importantly the living word of God that is so beyond powerful!! ☺️ God bless you and thanks for sharing!
Hello name is Christina. This video is so precious ans inspiring seeing the way you go about the word reminds me of my first love I've been a student of the word for many years now and this is Just what I needed to refresh my passion for the world ty sister😂
Haha it’s definitely a bit of a scary process, my advice: don’t do it in a rush, definitely not when you’re feeling impatient. Set out an hour and a bit to do it, and know you have one shot at getting it straight because it’s very very sticky 😂 also plan out where your tabs are gonna go before hand (rows of 3, or 4 etc).
Some Bible tabs come with small cardboard rulers to help with placement. I've used quite a few different tabs because I have too many Bibles and some have a stronger 'stick' than others. I've also seen YT videos where the tabs can be removed by using a warm iron --- one day I might get my nerve up and remove the tabs in my ESV Study Bible. Some people use washi tab instead of tabs -- it's very pretty! My current ESV Interleaved Bible has no tabs for the Books, but I have tabs for specific subject areas (Tribes of Israel w/ diagram, Kingdom of God, etc).
Oh, thank you so much for sharing! I just sat down at my desk for some bible study related stuff and I haven't watched yet, but wanted to say thank you for helping me stay on task lol! More comments to follow I'm sure
Of course! Hey I hope you had a wonderful Bible study and Thankyou for your support! I would love to know what you thought of the video if you do get a chance to give it a watch! But I appreciate your comment and support anyway! ☺️
I've since watched this several times 😂 I have also watched some of your others and the Ephesians videos. I loved this video so much, I also love your study system it's so simple and also so logical and practical (which is not always the case!) I have been feeling led/have had a word on my heart about starting a social media channel here or tik, based on my Bible studies and learning and such; but from a complete different perspective really. I went to school for ministry 10 years ago and worked under a pastor kind of like an understudy. I then took an extended hiatus I didn't lose my faith but I lost a lot of that calling feeling so i left for a long time. In that decade my chronic illnesses and brain surgery and mainly traumatic events, when I finally came back last year after feeling super lovingly convicted, I was devastated to realize that I literally lost all of my knowledge and comprehension that I had back then. Since that point I've been starting from scratch. I know God wiped my slate completely clean. My idea/call to ministry came back but instead of teaching and preaching, I want to document my journey and progress in real time and with real rawness, as I study and build my foundation. Most channels tend to come from a ministering and teaching pov but rarely see someone who is presently on the journey to get to that place. I think there's a lot of people out there like me starting from scratch that might feel too afraid or overwhelmed, and maybe sharing from a day to day in real time discovering and learning would be a part of the kingdom, that dont know how to be a part of the kingdom and are scared to. Your channel has been so encouraging
I just got she reads truth today loving it so far issue is I already got highlighter mark on the side lol oh well I’m not new to the Bible but I love learning from new people on the internet 😊
Oh don't even worry about things like that, God is just happy you are in the word and trying! Its all good! Check out this video if you want, I actually talk a lot about it here! th-cam.com/video/FCcEbAuOG14/w-d-xo.htmlsi=9IcFEUWdnw_vyIek
I like to highlight and color match it's notes and also have begun to use transparent sticky notes to maybe write a prayer or something going on in my life
The ones that I am using in this video I actually just got from the dollar store, either dollar tree or dollarama, I like them because unlike other scrapbooking paper it is thin enough to use in my bible and it was very inexpensive! Also its already in squares so it fits my bible!
It’s going to be restarting in September, follow my Instagram for more updates!! I usually try to make it at a time which is good for as many people as possible, and it’s recorded ☺️

😯 I never knew that!! I always wondered why that happens!!
@@CozyFaithWithKayyep, that is why almost every book always has a blank page at the beginning.

Little specific tabs work very well on the top, it keeps them from getting lost. Just a personal preference.
Wait this is a great idea!
Love the video you gave me perfect new subject for july. Thank you
Oh that’s awesome! What subject is that! ☺️
Thank you for sharing. Where did you get your stickers from on the back?

139 was the psalm that I learned to love myself as I am
Yes I love it so much, this is exactly the scripture that God has been speaking to me through too recently!
You can use baby powder to get rid of sickness just use a little on your finger rub on glue it works great I know because I have had that happen to me
Oh wow! I will definitely try that! Thankyou!
Can I please ask, where did you get your bible decirations? They are beautiful! I’m in the uk
Responded to your instagram DM!
Does that Bible only come in one size because I ordered it and it wasn't that big
I am pretty sure it is only the one size! It is possible that because I have so many notes in mine it looks bigger?
Love to join the biblegroup. Just one question i live in the netherlands at what time do you have the group .
It’s going to be restarting in September, follow my Instagram for more updates!! I usually try to make it at a time which is good for as many people as possible, and it’s recorded ☺️
Do you take your sermon notes right in your Bible?
Yes most of the time!! If not than I take them on an extra sheet of paper and put them into my Bible later!
I’m confused because we get so many verses that I don’t know where to put my notes
@@kimberlyfrasier4917same
I would like to follow the group but I don’t have Instagram. Is there a group on fb?
There is now!!
What version do you have
CSB! Its the She Reads Truth bible!

Good idea! Thanks for sharing! I checked you out aswell! Keep going :)
